I arrived at the store at 18:00 on May 1st and waited in line for 40 minutes for a simple check-in. I asked for children's slippers three times. The first time I went directly to the front desk to ask for them, the second time I asked for room service, and the third time I asked for the children's slippers. As everyone commented, the room smelled very loud. I suggested that the hotel remove formaldehyde. The service was very average. I wanted a higher floor. It was said to be the highest. Then we stayed on the third floor. In fact, the guest rooms on the third floor are the lowest. I wanted two rooms. The rooms are closer together. Because I am an elderly person with children, I was told that there are too many guests and I cannot arrange it. Then the room opposite us is completely unoccupied. This is comparable to the price of a five-star hotel. I want to ask for an extra bottle of water, but I am told it is 3 yuan, so I really don’t recommend it. .

The hardware facilities in the room are really good, but during peak periods, the hot water supply in the room will be insufficient. The software facilities need to be improved. I will choose to stay here next time.

出差，本來要住皇冠假日的，後來看到這個酒店門口有水庫，比較安靜，後面就是秦嶺山，環境很好，門口有免費停車場，還有慢充的充電樁，前台服務好，早餐不錯，房間設備設施整體很好

真的是物超所值，酒店周圍環境優美，早晨起來空氣特別清新，房間很大，落地窗一覽後山美景。下次來還會選擇住這裏。
