We’re so grateful for the room upgrade! The view from our room was absolutely stunning. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made our stay very comfortable and enjoyable. We also loved the peaceful atmosphere—it was a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. The breakfast was delicious and had a homely touch. Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay here! Highly recommend if you’re looking for an escape away from the hustle and bustle yet convenient enough to just ride a didi out. The staff was kind enough to give us a ride out early in the morning to catch our high speed train!

The room was really beautiful and the views outside was really nice. The room is thoughtfully laid out which made a comfortable stay. Service and breakfast were also good. They fetched us to and fro the railway station, and also offered to give us a lift to Songzanlin when we couldn't get a didi.

The view from our room was superb! We visited in October, so there were no grasslands. But the lake came right up to the hotel, which was beautiful. It’s only about 20 min. to Shangri-La old town. The breakfast was delicious and the owner drove us to the train station.

設施：房間很大，設施很全，是瀰漫供氧，房間不斷有新鮮的氧氣進來，馬桶是 toto 的，有洗護功能，很好用！
門口有很多停車位，停車很方便
衞生：很乾凈，院子和大廳的公區也很乾凈整潔
環境：環境特別好，周圍沒有別的民宿，都是村民，就靠着納帕海，特別美，燈光少，晚上看星星也很棒，離 214 國道不遠，方便到達
服務：服務很好，有接送服務，非常熱情周到
早餐也很棒，種類多，好吃。

酒店在納帕海景區裏面，風景巨好，有停車位，房間裏就能看到納帕海，老闆熱情接待，離開的時候時候還送了很多的禮物，據説冬天還能看到雪山，最重要的，真有梅花鹿，很乖，好鹿模範
