民宿選址無敵了，景觀一流，上山的路也不算難開。在陽台泡一壺茶，一覽眾山小，看雲捲雲舒，太愜意了！傍晚看日落，清晨看日出，夜晚看漫天繁星……房間雖然不大，但硬件很好，贈送瑞幸咖啡原液，茶葉也很好喝，餐廳飯菜也很可口，價格公道。已經安利給家人朋友，祝越來越好！

此次入住，賴管家給我們留下了極為深刻的印象。他尤其關照我們同行的長者，服務不僅周到，更是充滿了人情味。他能預判長者的需求，主動調整房間温度，耐心介紹設施的使用，上下台階時總會在一旁看護。溝通時他總是面帶微笑，彎腰傾聽，語速平緩，讓長者感覺格外受尊重。

地理位置，環境都沒得説，在房間門口就能看到日出。設施很新，品質也不錯，硬件條件還是很好的，畢竟價格也已經到位了。那就不得不説説服務問題了。1.早餐品種少，早餐7-10點，我們是不到9點去吃的早餐，工作人員不會檢查餐食包括餐具的數量，使用情況。要客人一直提醒這個沒了，那個沒了。因為品種本來就不多，整個取餐過程中一直在等這個，等那個。2.在整個入住過程中，服務人員全程冷冰冰，非常隨意，和我們以往入住別的民宿，酒店時遇到的熱情接待形成強烈反差。3.公共區域衞生有點隨意，特別是露天餐桌那片，桌子全是油漬。房間基礎衞生還算可以，兩個牀頭櫃有薄薄一層灰。去年才開業，維護得有點差。床尾凳上有小片污漬，浴室門的隔水條壞了。4.我們因為帶了需要冷藏的葯，放在酒店前台寄存需要冷凍的一大袋冰袋居然不見了，就一句不見了，也沒有道歉。補救措施就是前台工作人員去廚房冰箱鏟了些冰塊給我們應急。這麼熱的天氣，冰塊根本堅持不了多久。希望整體工作人員服務水平能有所提高。
