"As a family with 2 young children, it was pleasant to have two rooms of our desired arrangement that can be connected together via an inside door. The two rooms we booked are both spacious and clean. The decorations were the old-fashioned 90s luxury style. The hotel is opposite a shopping mall and it is easy to reach Walmart and Watson nearby."

"The hotel is in the suburbs, a little off the beaten track, but the service is good, there is a pick-up service, and the facilities are quite complete. The toilet leaked on the second day, but it was OK after communicating with the front desk. I forgot to take the facial cleanser on the day I left, so I called the front desk to help me find it."

"No regrets paying more for this beautiful homestay! 花多点钱住这里一点遗憾也没有！ My parents, sibling and I stayed for a total of 3 nights in their 4 pax room. It’s a beautiful and tastefully decorated accommodation with personal courtyard and interior. Bed and duvet were so comfortable especially in the chilly weather of 18 ~ 22 degrees. I didn’t spot anything obvious I can complain about regarding the cleanliness of this place, hence 5/5 for cleanliness. Location is perfect (5/5). Next to streets of food places that have good ratings, and super near 万象城 shopping mall (restaurants, luxury shops, retail and more). Anyways cabbing around Shantou is really convenient, fast, and affordable. Even though it is nested amongst other tall residential area, once we close the door we couldn’t hear much noise from outside. Service is 5/5 as well. There’s free pickup and drop off serviced from the railway station. There’s daily fresh fruits delivered to us, as well as chicken soup. There’s also free laundry service which we really appreciate! Staffs were always ready to help and always ready to give recommendations. We really felt their hospitality and they are genuine in providing best service possible. Amenities is 5/5 as well. The hair dryer is Laifen brand which is so strong and sleek looking. They provide disposable towels on top of those reusable towels. Their slippers are fluffy and comfy. They have like everything we need. Bonus: Their residential cat and her kittens are adorable!!! All in all wonderful stay and would stay again if i ever visit Shantou again. Suggestions for improvement: (1) more variety in breakfast options (stayed for 3 nights and felt that some breakfast options would be great), and (2) the shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner are a little too hard to pour out maybe can consider using press bottles."

"The room was very clean. The tea bags and fruits were delivered and the children's sand digging toys were given. I checked out and sent a doll of Wealth. I received two gifts at a time. The daughter was very happy. The front desk brother also helped me carry my luggage upstairs, which was very powerful. The hotel also sent tickets to the water park. There should be a lot of projects, but we just took the baby to the beach in the park. There were few people and it was very comfortable. Because of the weather, the beach was big. The hotel staff was responsible for reminding guests not to go to the sea at the beach. The sense of safety responsibility is very good. Full of security, praise again. During the Spring Festival, the hotel also organized a lot of folk activities, including English singing and dancing performances (my daughter loves English singing and dancing, from 2:30 pm to 5 pm, until the dancer gets off work, she is willing to return). The summary is the room, the service is not a shortcoming, there are few people during the Spring Festival, and there are activities to see and play. I have recommended friends to stay here next time in Shantou. Come back next time."

"The hotel looks like a senior local public guesthouse. The interior is a little small, but the facilities are good. The location is good, close to the sea, but far from the city. We drove by ourselves, and it took half an hour to drive to the Mixc. Picture 3 is what we found when we entered the room. There was a big black footprint on the quilt. We immediately called the customer service to change it. The auntie was quite enthusiastic, but there was a big red lipstick mark on the quilt. "I have to say, in Shantou, yours is the highest-end hotel in the price range of 700 to 800 yuan, with wooden room cards! This is the first time I have seen this. The facilities in the room are basically made of wood, which is very high-end. I originally thought that the hotel in the building would be no different from other B&Bs, but I was still surprised when I moved in. Because there are relatively few rooms and it is located on the top floor of the 29th floor, the sound insulation is relatively first-class. The butler service is responsive and responds promptly late at night. The free hand-brewed coffee in the morning is also very good. The location is also very good, much better than the low-rise Atour and other hotels of the same price. Downstairs is a bustling city, and upstairs is an isolated peach blossom forest. The only drawback is that the bedside table on the inside of the room is dusty, so it's better to clean it. Also, the night light of the sound sensor is too sensitive, and it will light up even at the slightest sound, so it's better to adjust it. Overall it was a very good experience."
