房間陳舊，床頭破損，設施配置與説明不符合，沒有浴巾衣架一次拖鞋，沒有飲用水，需要買水，吹風機是壞的，服務員態度差。沒有早餐也沒有給出任何理由。比較去年房間價格也提高了。如果要入住體驗，那是打不出星的啦

前台那女的牛的不行，跟欠她一百萬一樣，接受過服務培訓嗎？一開始是從平台上訂的房，那賓館竟然嫌我訂的太便宜讓我加錢？？你們嫌便宜可以在平台提高價格不會嗎？非得這麼**來這住的客人？？建議貴公司找點上過學的來幹前台吧
