"الفندق بكل تأكيد يرقى للمعايير وموقع مناسب تماماً بواسطة الرحلات السياحيةالكروزية لمشاهد الحيتان. السعر الذي دفعته يعادل مثيله في الخدمة المقدمة. المناشف في الفندق لا تشوبها شائبة تماماً. لا شيء للانتقاد من البوفيه وهم مطبوخون للطلب. ما أعجبني حقا هو قاعة الطعام لديهم. خيارات متعددة من المشروبات والوجبات متوفرة ولقد فوجئت بشكل جيد حول ذلك. الشيء الوحيد الذي أود أن أقترحه هو، لمن يريد المزيد من الخصوصية في الحمام، حجز لنفسك غرفة مع أوكن خاصة لأن الحمام العام المفتوح هو صغير نوعا ما ويمكن ملئه بسرعة. الحصول على شعور في الغرفة يمكن أن يحل هذه المشكلة تماما. الطعام البحري لا يقدم في الفطور جيد جدا ولا يوجد شيء للشكوى. بالتأكيد سأعود في وقت لاحق في الشتاء."

"Highly recommended! We booked a Western-style room in the West Wing, and it was incredibly spacious with fantastic views. The only minor drawback was the bit of a walk to the onsen, restaurant, and smoking room. The dinner is an absolute must-try – super abundant and authentically Japanese, with high-quality ingredients. The scallops and wagyu beef are unlimited, and there's an all-you-can-drink alcohol option, plus daily rotating dishes. We even got to try venison and bear meat! We stayed for two days, and there weren't many tour groups yet, but lots of Japanese seniors. It made me wonder if it reminded them of the prosperity during Japan's economic boom. The onsen area is also huge, and the wash and shower areas were the largest I've seen in Japan. They clearly label whether the baths are regular tap water or hot spring water, and I saw staff meticulously checking the temperature and water quality of each one."

"The hotel features a forest cabin style, a tranquil environment, and modern, clean facilities. The service is exceptionally attentive; they even assisted with calling a taxi to the station, which was very thoughtful. The sauna and hot spring bath are comfortable, and the food is of high quality and generous portions. Although located in the suburbs, free parking is convenient, making it ideal for sightseeing in Shiretoko. Overall, it offers excellent value for money."

"The room was clean, and the hotel offers free parking, which was very convenient. Self check-in and check-out were quick and hassle-free. As a nice bonus, each guest receives one free cup of instant noodles. The view from the hotel was beautiful and made the stay even more enjoyable. One thing to note is that the room only has a toilet—there is no private bathroom. Showers are located in the public bath area instead. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and I would consider staying here again."

"Absolutely loved everything about this place! I stayed overnight with my friend and her family. Yuta (owner's son) and his mother went above and beyond to give us spectacular experience! Food was top quality, facility was extremely clean, Onsen water was so silky, delicious Gelato and good opportunity to try varieties of Japanese alcohol. This place made our visit to Hokkaido extra special. Thank you for taking good care of us and spending quality time with Matthew! He adores you!! ps. "المبنى قديم ، لكنه نظيف جداً ، المياه والغرف نظيفة. يوجد مطبخ ، لذلك يمكنني شراء المواد الغذائية لطهي الطعام. اتضح مريحة جداً للبقاء لفترة طويلة. يقع مغسلة ملابس ومكوى غسيل الملابس في مبنى منفصل لكن يمكنك استخدامها مجاناً. في ثلاث ترددات، موجات الراديو فقط في الوحدات اللاسلكية ضعيفة جداً، لكنني أنقذت لأنني أستعير مكبرات موجات الراديو. الإدارة كانت ودية والأسعار رخيصة، إنه مكان مثالي للإقامة. شكرا جزيلا لكم"

"بالنسبة لنا انها المره الثانيه في هذا الفندق الرائع وكل مره تكون مثل اقامه الاحلام :) تحس انك في فقاعة بفضل كل شي العافيه اللي موجود فيه يتميز هذا الفندق بكبره في الحجم وموقعه على الشاطئ . من العيوب أن الانتظار لتسجيل الدخول قد يستغرق مدة طويلة بسبب الزحام. طبعا للأفراد غير المحبين للقمار عدم السكن في هذا الفندق لأنه عبارة عن كازينو ضخم. يوجد بالقرب من الفندق مطاعم كثيرة. وتحيط به كل الخدمات من مطاعم وكافيهات مما يجعلك تشعر بأنك في منزلك. الطعام ببساطة أنسب لك مكون من ستائر أكثر من مجرد أن تذوق الطبيعة لا تتجاوز، كل يوم تجد نفسك تقابل مخلوقات رائعة حتى تخرج بعيداً عنا. لن تجد مكانا مماثلا في كل اليابان، حيث يقابل الرجل الطبيعة في مزيج مثالي من التوازن والانسجام والاحترام العميق. نأمل أن نتمكن من العودة للمرة الثالثة ونعيش هذا الحلم الجميل مرة أخرى. شكرا لك على كل شيء فندق كيتابوشي شيراتوكو!"

"The best part of this hotel is their onsen! Good size with a nice bathing pool outside along with the usual inside. Hotel is located on a hill so easiest to get to with a car and they have a big parking lot. Great place to stay when visiting Utoro. The room was very spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was ridiculously small. Breakfast felt cafeteria style but lots of Japanese options."

"The rooms were clean and nice. Though some rooms doesn’t have showering facilities but it is not an issue as the onsen wasn’t too crowded and it was well maintained. You will be able to see sunset in the comfort of the lobby or room (depending on direction). Do note that if you arrive after 8pm, you have to check-in at another hotel. From the image it looks near but due to a room closure it is about a 1km detour. There is also a flight of stairs which you have to carry your luggage up"
