Nice hotel to stay with kids. We are satisfied with the stay and enjoyed our holiday. Just the AC in the room is too noisy. Because it is old system. We couldn’t sleep at night because of noise. If we turn it off, then it is so hot in the room

swissotel is a very nice and enjoyable resort to stay in the middle level. The resort offers all-inclusive services including meals, parties and internal transfers throughout the day (semi-regular). There is an activity for children suitable for all ages. There are indoor swimming pools for all activities and also water games of a reasonable level that need maintenance and development. There is a means of transportation to the resort's private beach and also barbecue parties near the sea and internal parties daily. The quality of the food is high and the service is very high. The reception workers are respectful and very friendly. The quality of the rooms is not befitting the resort and needs to be developed significantly. The room services are good and the workers are good. There is a negative point and unfortunately it is repeated and I hope it will be solved, which is the delay of the golf cart for internal transfers for long periods even by calling the reception several times. I hope in particular that it will be solved because it is very important in emergency cases and for people with chronic diseases and the elderly. Thank you for your services

Never book this hotel. The facilities are too old and the staff are rude. It was a family trip and the reception staff said NO to everything and ignored Asians. They asked for an unreasonable fee from our family so I refused, but I didn't want to ruin the family trip so I had no choice but to pay an additional $360. They are scammers. There are a lot of mosquitoes in the room and the staff doesn't listen to the guests. They try to rip you off no matter what. I will go back to Korea and complain to the Egyptian embassy. This is the worst hotel. Be careful of the two managers, BASSEM and SALT, they are scammers.

Swissôtel slides were very fun and enjoyable. The staff were extremely friendly and kind. Service was very good and swift. The daily evening shows were also enjoyable. Rooms were good and comfortable. I would recommend this hotel for all.

Nice hotel we came here before but everything is changed to better so good location middle of city near from everything we would like to thank all the stuff we went to Brazilian restaurant the food was tasty with good quality , each evening has a different show after the show after party is was really nice vacation we would like to thank Amany For the information about the show and party time we will be back soon 🩷🩷🩷🩷🩷
