أقمت مؤخرًا في فندق جميل بشرم الشيخ، وكانت تجربتي رائعة، خاصةً في البار. كان عبدو يحيى من أفضل السقاة الذين قابلتهم في حياتي - دائمًا مبتسم، لطيف، ومهني. تذكر مشروبي المفضل وجعلني أشعر بالترحيب كل يوم. كان الفندق نفسه نظيفًا، منظمًا، ويمتاز بأجواء رائعة. كان جميع موظفي البار ودودين ومتعاونين، لكن عبدو تميّز حقًا بطاقته الإيجابية وخدمته الرائعة. شكرًا للفريق بأكمله على جعل إجازتي ممتعة للغاية - سأعود بالتأكيد!

فندق سي بيتش أكوا بارك: كانت إقامتي في سي بيتش أكوا بارك ممتعة للغاية! - *موقع رائع*، على بُعد خطوات من الشاطئ وقريب من جميع الأنشطة الترفيهية. - *طاقم عمل ودود ومتعاون للغاية*، وخاصةً في مكتب الاستقبال والمطعم. - *حديقة الألعاب المائية من أبرز معالمها*، فهي آمنة ونظيفة وممتعة للأطفال والكبار. - *الغرف نظيفة ومريحة*، مع خدمة سريعة وفعالة. - *الطعام جيد ومتنوع*، يناسب جميع الأذواق. إجمالاً، تجربة رائعة، وأوصي بها بشدة للعائلات والمجموعات. أتطلع لزيارتها مرة أخرى!

كانت إجازة وتجربة رائعة للغاية على شاطئ البحر حيث لم تكن المرة الأولى لي ولكن الفندق يواصل التحسن. الخدمة والموظفين ممتازون وودودون ومتعاونون. كان تنوع الأطعمة مذهلاً ولذيذًا. يحتوي الفندق على 3 مطاعم لتجنب أي ازدحام. الغرف نظيفة للغاية. كانت الحمامات على الشاطئ والمسبح والاستقبال نظيفة للغاية في أي وقت من اليوم. شكرًا لجميع موظفي شاطئ البحر.

We stayed at this hotel from 27th June to 4th July & returned home early hours this morning. We arrived following a late flight at about 11pm and received a cheerful and warm welcome upon our arrival. Check in was quick and hassle free, we were provided the hotel information booklet and all inclusive wristbands whilst a bellboy took our luggage to our room. Our room was great. Very spacious with a large bed that had clean, fresh bedding and the room and bathroom were spotless. The aircon worked great and we had plenty of toilet paper and clean towels. There was a TV in the room however we didn't turn it on so can't comment on the programmes, signal or language available. Our room was cleaned daily and fresh towels provided. The housekeeper was very friendly and always greated us in passing and would ask if we needed anything such as extra towels. The swimming pool is very big and well maintained. The pool water was clean and staff were quick to remove debris such as leaves and insects. During our stay, the larger pool was closed due to someone using it as a toilet one afternoon, however the half of the pool closest to reception remained open and was large enough to accommodate the increased guests using it. Mahmood, the pool bartender was outstanding. He made effort to chat to all the guests and went above and beyond to provide great service. The aqua park is also very clean and well maintained and there are plenty of lifeguards who are completely focused on watching the water and guest safety. The beach is lovely and well maintained however we didn't sit there much and instead preferred the pool. The snorkeling is amazing however the walk down the jetty takes about 20-30 minutes, but there is a swimming and snorkeling point before halfway- the fish are under the jetty. My partner is not a strong or confident swimmer and was able to rent a life jacket from the diving centre for £5 a day which allowed him to enjoy snorkelling. There are lots of fish and I'd reccomend snorkeling at the end of the jetty at least once to have the best experience of this. I am a baige eater in general and there was always chips, different pasta options, pizza and potato options during all meals, including at the snak bar. My partner is a good eater and found the food to be nice, however quite repetitive and at times, luke warm if you didn't get there at the opening. We both ate everyday without any issues and all restaurant staff were cheerful and happy to help. We didn't really have any involvement with the entertainment team other than Naima, who spoke to us on our second day, and Lucifer, who spoke to us 4 days in. We didn't really see them around the pool but they were always active around the beach area and from what we saw of them, they were upbeat and friendly. The nightly entertainment isn't aa good as other hotels i have stayed in when in sharm and we opted to go out 3 evenings as a result. The nightly entertainment we did watch was mainly focused on

I was in this hotel for a week, the rooms were nice and clean, large swimming pools made for everyone, beautiful reception making an impression. the hotel also has 2 restaurants which makes it not crowded, there is also an Italian restaurant which I did not go to because you have to sign up for it in advance but I think I will visit it next time. the beach was also nice and well-kept. every day there were various attractions for children. the trip was made very pleasant by the barman Abdo Yahya, his smile made our stay in this hotel very pleasant, there were also great animators who also took care of our stay to be the best
