Had a fantastic experience, the hotel was clean and fresh towels everyday, the staff were fantastic the entertainment staff really go above and beyond, the restaurant staff were also fantastic, happy and friendly. My Grand children loved the complex and was always entertained. Would recommend and define would go back.

So we have just finished an 11 night stay here and I can honestly say it's absolutely amazing !! The staff are so friendly cannot do enough for u our room was cleaned everyday with fresh towels everytime, the staff are constantly cleaning the hotel and keeping everything spotless,the food has a big variety plenty for everyone wether u want a meal or a wrap pizza or burger at the snack bar there's so much choice, there's plenty of things for children to do whether it's slides or kids clubs adults too it's amazing ! Theres shops around the hotel and the hotel across the rd we have access to which also takes u to the beach ,The animation team work so hard keeping guests entertained round the pool at discos and even on trips out to the foam part at the beach all inclusive night at hard rock , night clubs the desert amd so many more!! Panoo from the animation team made our holiday he is so much fun never stops entertaining everyone he has a heart of gold amd we will truly miss him so I just wanted to put this on as I know there's been quite a few negative comments for me I couldn't find any 🙂

We had a lovely stay — the hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. The staff were welcoming and pleasant throughout, always ready to help with a smile. The animation team were fantastic and really made our stay extra enjoyable. A special mention to Panoo, who was brilliant with my two youngest children and kept everyone entertained with energy and kindness. His interaction with the guests truly stood out and added a personal touch to the experience. Thank you for the memories!

We have just returned from our second visit and it was just as good as last year. The staff make this hotel and they will do anything for you. The restaurant staff always greet you with a smile and are friendly with the children. The bar staff work so hard and always do it with a laugh. The animation team are fantastic, I think my little girl spent more time with them in the kids club than she did with us. There is a mini disco in the evening followed by a show every night then a singer out on the terrace if you’re not too tired from the days activities. You can’t go far without seeing someone cleaning or keeping the grounds tidy and the water levels in the pools are constantly being monitored. There’s a big pool with lots of day time activities going on then a separate area with multiple kids pools. There are plenty of bars and always snacks available during the day. Really hope to be back again next year, miss it already!
