We recently went on a family holiday to this beautiful resort: very clean, with large and comfortable rooms, good food, incredible slides and pools, and an AMAZING, really AMAZING, team all around the place. From the reception to the animation team, lifeguards, bartenders, Tui Representative (who helped us get to know the resort better with a morning meeting), and restaurant staff... everyone was just wonderful, especially with kids. A special thanks goes to Ramadan, who cleaned our room so thoroughly every day and made funny animals out of towels, much to our kids' delight. The kids' animation was good, although it was mostly indoors. Maybe a little improvement could be made by adding some outdoor activities? Since we had just gotten married a month before this holiday, I decided to bring my wedding dress with me, as we wanted some pictures by the Red Sea. The day after we arrived, I asked if it was possible to do a little seaside photoshoot... I was honestly expecting something very simple. But to our surprise, we stopped at different spots on our way to the beach, and the whole session was full of creativity, laughter, and so much positive energy. They even surprised me with some white flowers, which added a lovely “honeymoon” touch to the pictures. My husband and I had such a great time. This team clearly loves what they do, and the photos and video turned out far beyond what we had imagined. So a massive thanks to Mego and Mohammad, Joybird photography team!!

First time staying at coral sea aqua club, the hotel and the staff are brilliant specially mohammed adel in reception. nothing is too much trouble all food was amazing.

Couldn’t fault the hotel, entertainment could be better. But by far the best holiday I’ve ever had. The staff are so amazing and treat you better than family :). M. Adel, Mohamed, Salem and Hussain are the best

Excellent hotel, the staff are absolutely amazing and so friendly! Mohamed Adel on reception was incredibly helpful and friendly. Great service, great facilities,Highly recommend!

Great accommodation, lovely staff, amazing water games for children, close to beach, great surroundings Great receptionist ( M.Adel) he was a great man helped us a lot i need to give him 10/10 thanx mohamed for every thing We will come back
