衞生：乾淨整潔
環境：環境也不錯！
服務：因為我是下午一點多才到的酒店，剛好老闆自己工作忙完煮了自己包的抄手，真的很香我就説了一句好香！然後她就問我吃不吃！我説不吃因為當時有課！我把行李放好後發現不用上課了又下去找老闆要她給我煮一碗，她二話不説就放下自己還沒吃完的抄手給我煮，問我吃多少個！真的很感動呀！想給錢她也不收，這真是我吃過最好吃的野菜抄手了。

首先房間馬桶非常的臟還有幹了的尿漬，衞生間的百葉窗是壞的，洗澡的時候還要自己想辦法遮住。被子也是極其的不乾淨，一夜難眠，身上癢的不行。隔音非常非常非常非常差，臨街有車不斷開過的聲音，房間隔音也非常差，隔壁講話聽得一清二楚，就像跟陌生人同住一個房間中間拉了個簾子似的，深更半夜更是交響曲，人在走廊走路的聲音，隔壁房間説話的聲音，樓下車子開過的聲音，誰住誰知道，你非要住我也沒辦法。

房間超級大，還是江景房，住過這個價格裏房間是最大的了。老闆的服務也很好。就是不知道床品是不是不乾淨，回來腿上起疹子癢了好幾天。建議來住的帶一次性床單。

民宿問題：
1.車位：首頁介紹説是有停車場，實際是路邊市政畫的公共停車位，先到先得，沒有安全保障，並且如果車子滿的話，不保證能停車
2.風格：説是民宿，主營業務應該是飯店，捎帶個住宿生意。辦理入住的枱子左右各是飯店的桌子和包廂，飯店的服務員上菜和打牌的時候兼顧住宿需求應答，且房間沒有電話，民宿也沒有電話或者微信等聯繫方式，所以需求基本無應答，找人全靠等，或者滿飯店的追服務員詢問
3.住宿：住宿是飯店的自建房，實際門面如圖（即飯店的門面），住宿的一樓是飯店的二樓，無電梯，實際的房間樣式如圖（和首頁介紹嚴重不符），頂燈拿紙糊住，淋浴處無置物架，提供的洗漱用品的瓶子是直接放在地上的
4.服務：民宿走廊隨處可見衞生遺留和隨手搭放的物品（如圖），入住時廁所用紙僅這麼幾張（如圖），牙刷是壞的（如圖），無地巾且一次性拖鞋有不乾淨的地方，因此請求再拿兩雙一次性拖鞋，被詳細追問（且追到房間裏去確認拖鞋哪裡有問題）表示很不舒服
總結：以上客觀的入住體驗和感受，供參考。主觀感受是個人體驗感很差，和首頁介紹與定價嚴重不符。能夠接受節假日的住宿溢價（4月份訂五一假期的房間也花了400），但是既然開單接待民宿，應該有基本的服務意識和態度，很顯然店家衹是想潦潦草草的應付這個生意，衹想讓住客憤然離去。嚴重懷疑前面的好評是刷出來的吧

酒店距離歙縣古城不遠，去賣花漁村20多分鐘的車程，就是晚上到的話，路上比較黑，沒有路燈。店家服務很好還幫忙升級了景觀房

距離景區非常遠，還不好打車，附近也沒有外賣，酒店設施還行，房間挺大，服務一般吧，大年初六6百多的房費不值得

酒店非常不錯，各方面服務都細緻周到，適合入住應該是新酒店因為臨時訂房衹能訂到一間套房但春節400+的價格也還算行但是沒有早餐略有遺憾且附近沒有地方可以吃早飯所以叫了外賣哈哈哈浴室用品齊全而且寬敞大床面朝練江風光無限全自動小米智能家居系統呼風喚雨的體驗還不錯不過交通略有不便但依山傍水依然值得衞生有待加強雖説硬件都還不錯軟件還需琢磨

過年期間歙縣普遍溢價，這家其實就是在村裡，風景還可以，房間也比較新，但是隔音很差，隔壁説話就像在自己房間。衞生做的很一般，到了甚至沒人接待，浴缸沒有一次性浴缸套，自己買了才能用，總之不夠用心吧
