Not one to leave reviews but i had to , no shampoos on the room for hand washing, hair or body. Towels were clean but they had stains that the washing machine did not remove. We asked for a baby bed they said a few times they will bring one, they didnt!!!! At the beach they brought the chairs, there was no sunshade (umbrella). We left to go have lunch when we returned our stuff was on the sand they had moved all the chairs!!! for what reason?? i do not know!!! 0 out of 10!!! Pool and dinner included in the price, no place to sit by the pool, not one free table for dinner, had to wait 20minutes!!!! First weekend at the beach with my baby, very not pleasant because of them!!!

I don’t recommend this hotel at all. There was no shampoo provided, and the room was not cleaned properly. The bathroom flooded every time we used the shower, with water spilling everywhere. The food situation was awful—you had to rush at the very start of breakfast or dinner or there would be nothing left. There weren’t enough tables in the dining area, so finding a place to eat was a struggle. By the pool, there were hardly any sunbeds, no umbrellas, and definitely not enough space to sit and relax. Worst of all, the staff were unresponsive. You had to ask multiple times before anything got done. Overall, a very disappointing stay.

I made an online reservation because I planned to travel with my wife and toddler. However, when we arrived at the hotel, we were informed that the reservation had been cancelled. They claimed the cancellation was due to a check-in time of 10:00 AM, which was incorrect as their stated check-in time is 12:00 PM. Additionally, they alleged that I hadn’t responded to an automated message sent the day before check-in, which is also false as I had confirmed our arrival. It was clear they were overbooked and didn’t even offer an apology. This was a terrible experience.

Eine Unverschämtheit eine Katastrofe Zimmer gebucht und keine Zimmer Frei mussten ein anderes Hotel suchen Sie gaben uns die schlüsselkarte fürs die Suiten. Eine Suite war ein ganz Normales Zimmer. Das andere war voll mit Kleider von anderen Gösten.

Ich habe dieses Hotel auf Empfehlung gebucht. Die Person war letztes Jahr im Juni in diesem Hotel und es war alles perfekt. Man zahlt hier im Juli 2023 pro Person 55 Euro mit Halbpension und für Kind 27 Euro. Stolzer Preis für ein Hotel welches sich als 5 Sterne Hotel ausgibt, aber nur 1 Stern verdient hat. Das Essen war täglich kalt, die Gipfeli am Morgen waren wahrscheinlich von gestern. Das Gemüse schmeckte nach gar nichts, Fleisch, Teigwaren, Fisch geschmacklos und kalt. Würde mich nicht wundern, wenn diese auch von gestern waren. Getränke waren mit Apfel und Ananas angeschrieben, da kam aber Wasser raus. Die Teller waren zum Teil nass oder sogar verschmutzt. Während dem Essen wurde laute Musik gespielt was zum Teil unerträglich war. Viel zu wenig Arbeitskraft welche dieses Ausmass an Hotelgästen bedienen und zufrieden stellen kann. Die Hotelkarte wurde abgegeben, man wurde zum Zimmer geführt, jedoch über nichts informiert. Wann ist das Frühstück, wann das Abendessen? Wie oft wird das Zimmer aufgeräumt? Denn dieses wurde in 5 Tagen nur 1 mal richtig gesäubert. Und die Badtücher wurden nur auf Anweisung gewechselt. Im Zimmer fehlen Elektroinstallationen, wie auch TVs, auf dem Balkon Stühle. Die Tiefgarage gleicht einer Baustelle und hatte sowieso viel zu wenig Platz für all diese Hotelgäste.
