就是瀋陽本市的，趕上過七夕想體驗一下不一樣的方式。這次訂了香格里拉的豪華閣園景房，視線超好，傍晚還可以去樓下的青年公園散散步。酒店位置超好，和嘉理城購物中心和萬象城地下都可以連通直達，購物🛍️餐飲都很方便。
環境：香格里拉屬於老乾部風，中式裝修看着很老氣，但是整體又是那麼穩重舒適，又不失大氣。
衞生：乾淨整潔，房間裏沒有看到衞生死角，
設施：屋裡設施老是老了點，床品確實有不舒服的地方，房間硬標配的枕頭很軟，床墊也很軟睡下來不夠舒適，這個可以解決問前台要乳膠枕和蕎麥枕，或者要求撤床墊上的羽絨墊。軟墊配硬枕，硬枕配軟墊，我個人習慣，整體下來還過的去。酒店配有的泳池屬於恆温泳池，去入住之前攻略好了，所以泳裝自己就帶去了。人很少，水也很清撤，安全員一直在池邊，很盡職，我和搭子入住當天就遊了30個來回，很爽。
服務：服務非常貼心，不到1點就去了，有空房直接就安排了，雖然安排的連通房，但是晚上也很安靜沒有影響睡眠的動靜，如果有房間的情況下儘量還是避免入住連通房。
因為訂的是行政樓層，有30層行政酒廊待遇，本身不是什麼高卡客户，但是整體禮遇下來服務也很到位貼心。提供一整天的軟飲和小食物，下午茶很簡單，有軟飲提供，有簡單的小食，坐在30層視野開闊的窗前放鬆心情也特別愉悦的一件事。晚間的歡樂時光如果要求不高也可以愉快解決，有熱菜和冷食，提供酒。
重點來了，豪華閣早餐實在太讓人期待了，單點模式味道水準很高，對於吃貨的我超滿足，比正常的五星標準早餐更有特色，為了這個早餐，也會再二刷的。

香格里拉酒店，老牌5星，雖然有點年代了，但維護得不錯，服務還是一如既往的好，房間不小，有歡迎水果，早餐有現包的海膽小餛飩，比較鮮美，還有好吃的拉麪，韭菜盒子，比較有地方特色。酒店對面就是萬象滙，地理位置比較好。

設施：很喜歡酒店的馬桶🚽 很乾凈，沒味道。
衞生：打掃無死角，衞生阿姨還會把小衣服疊起來放好。
環境：一進大堂很香的味道，一般高端酒店都會這樣。
服務：因為是兩家人一起訂房，前台幫我們房間訂到了一起，要求無煙房，房間裏也無煙味。服務也滿分！

這次入住和今年3月份感覺像差甚遠，這二次我懂的都是豪華閣的客房主要是能通行樓層歇一會，1.按金高：辦理入住三天收取了6500元按金，我覺得有點高再次確認，前台還是態度生硬説這是酒店規定比例！2.水少，入住當天350毫升的水就3瓶，6點沒水就喝的洗手間的水！下午回來，我發現水還是這這樣就打電話讓客房送、又給我二瓶500毫升！第二天還是這種情況！我感冒發燒的葯都擺在了房間，服務員就直接給我六瓶水能咋地？ 3.拖鞋，是的第二天回來要有要的拖鞋，因為第一天的拖鞋我們洗澡水都打濕了，服務員也沒有補充新拖鞋！ 4.我入住了第三天決定續費一天，第三天下午2點辦理續費就給前台這種情況，接下來才是我真的很尷尬的一下午！ 我明確告訴前台了，我感冒發燒了我要休息咱不要水果啥的，我要睡覺！ 這一下午服務員姐姐把💦，拖鞋，水果的分三次給我，我發著燒就想睡覺，但又要去開門！我突然發現自己沒按免打擾（不願服務員姐姐，但我明確告訴前台了，我不要水果我就想睡覺），就按了免打擾！五點了我可以睡了吧，剛睡着，前台給我打電話問我要不要退房或續費或把卡給刷新一下等等等（你們的系統不看看）！ 我真的就想回家了！！！ 前廳經理解決問題非常主觀餐廳就餐時，送給我酒店卡通玩偶！打電話也明確表示這幾個問題他們很抱歉，給我了一個150多元的減免（應該是行政差價第四晚續費的時候我續錯房型了）！ 她都不清楚我這一下午的尷尬經歷，早上退房我發著燒，聽她給我説道理，我決定第一次認真的寫一個差評！？希望酒店把水和拖鞋豆備好！按金收那麼多有意義嗎？

連住三晚沒打算升級房間，但是很多酒店會免費提供升級服務，瀋陽這家提議我補差價升級房間就讓人很不舒服，略顯小氣，五星級酒店圈你錢也不含糊啊！
整體住下來中規中矩，沒有達到心裏的預期，早餐一般，但是提供未來就餐的人員的打包盒。
洗澡水一股鐵銹味道，建議洗浴用品自帶，很多酒店提供浴缸套這家沒有。
室外風景還不錯，但是有一棟爛尾樓，很煞風景。
