Grateful that unlimited water is provided. Laundry service also a good plus for me. However, reception lady professionalism yet to improve. I.e: requested to ask for a taxi, she responded we can book online via handphone despite she should aware overseas traveller might have difficulties. Similarly asking location confirmation, she responded the same that we are able to check online by ourselves. It happened on 22/7, the day we check out . While, we still have strong good impression on E Charm hotel, especially great experience stay at Taiyuan few months ago.

The location is not very strategic, as there is limited train route in this area, so basically you have to ride Didi transport to the tourist attraction areas. Nevertheless, the hotel is clean, the staff is friendly and the room is quite comfy, just one little discomfort point is that most of the time, you might smell someone smoking nearby although you stay in a non-smoking area or room, so this might not be best choice for pregnant ladies or kids.

Very satisfied. The hotel is right next to the national highway and is easy to find. The location is good. It is very convenient to take a taxi to the airport. The room is very large. The front desk also helped to upgrade it for free. It is great. The room is smart
