Close to the port, less than 10 minutes' walk. The house is on the second floor of a store. At night, you can hear the businessmen on the first floor talking. I stayed there for two nights, and one night there were people talking loudly until 12 o'clock. The room window faces the mall. The hygiene is okay, all the quilt covers are new, it's quite crowded, and the price is okay in Shenzhen. It's convenient to eat downstairs, with morning tea and various snacks. The beef hotpot we had was quite good.

No lift! Be ready to carry your own heavy luggage up the stairs. Not suitable for families with very young children and elderly. There are two GreenTree hotels near Jingmei subway station. This one is the farther one (approx. 600m). If you have an early morning flight or ferry, forget the subway. Book a cab or be ready to wait (and wait, and wait). If you walk up to the main road, you should be able to flag one down. Cable TV is available for a fee. The bathroom is spacious but the room is tiny but clean and comfy. During our stay, we only saw 1 receptionist and 1 housekeeper, so don't expect super friendly service. No restaurants, convenience stores, or supermarkets nearby (gotta walk everywhere). Unless you have a personal agenda in the area, the location is far from desirable. It's super residential and super quiet!

It is very close to Zhongshan Park Metro Station and there are many bus stops nearby, so transportation is convenient. The most important thing is that compared to other nearby hotels, this one has the most affordable price. Very satisfied with the stay.

Located directly opposite Dameisha, it's just a short walk across the road, which is incredibly convenient. Plus, there are plenty of dining options right downstairs. The front desk staff were very courteous and even gave us a free upgrade to a room with a window. The room was spotlessly clean, and it offered excellent value for money. Definitely a strong recommendation if you're visiting this area.
