地方不錯整體和維也納一個品質👍房間和圖片是一樣的，房間很新 樓下 也有很多不同 餐館 前台服務很好

竹心的招牌是找不到了，實際上和維也納是一家，衹是全在五樓，房間標準，早餐，停車，大堂均是一室。
五樓之所以單獨，確是因為樓下就是KTV，大家可以想象一下，午夜時分的鬼哭狼嚎是個啥光景，好在房間配有耳塞，分貝會降一丟丟。

本來訂的房間是竹心酒店的套房，環境還可以，但是晚上入住發現空調是壞的，就是一直自動關，打去前台叫換房，沒有同等的房，最後需要加100塊錢換到樓上維也納的套房。空調壞換房補錢我覺得不合理，但是前台態度沒問題，但是解決問題更人性化一點會更好，酒店的錯換房錢為什麼要我承擔。
