Hotel room is very aesthetic. Room is of Smart Control and very spacious and has super large projection screen. Bed is hard type which is comfortable. Two types of pillows (soft and hard) were provided. Provided slippers, toothbrush, toilet is smart and warm seat, hot water dispenser is the room plus point as kettle is not hygienic to use. Location is strategic, about 200m away from the entrance/exit of fu bao station, also near to Futian railway station. Highly recommended

Location was not optimal for my type of traveling but I did book last minute room is very big and had full length mirror

Interesting location next to the science park. Not much around except for a row of food and coffee options. It is close to some spas so it’s easy and quick for a one night stay after your two hour massage.

The hygiene is not very up to standard, while the location is still fair and the staffs just very normal. So far, this is just a normal 3-4 stars feeling.

Is a wonderful day spent in LIA hotel. They had a good environment and a very good spot, near to metro station and 30 minutes walk to boarder to Hong Kong. I would recommend this place to everyone.

Hotel is very new, very clean, and the room is equipped with smooth high-tech functions. Projector has issues with casting unless using specific Chinese apps.

Very big clean and comfortable bed. Near metro station 👍 bathroom and toilet clean and in very good condition too.TV has got no English programmes or News 😔 Room is big there are washing machines in the common area👍 Will stay here again when I am in Shenzhen
