I stayed in this hotel twice in 2018 and had good impression on it. This time when I revisited, I felt a bit disappointed because the cleanliness slipped a lot compared to 7 years ago. 1) a lot of grease in the kitchen area (on surface of all facilities and drawers). 2)bathroom is not clean. Including the toilet and the trash can. I had to clean them myself using alcohol wipes.
Despite the cleanliness part, the service is overall great as before. Breakfast has a lot of choices. Front desk and greeters are warm and welcomed.

Near a mall with plenty of shops. The rooms are spacious. The pool water was very clean i used it everday. Breakfast had good options and the breakfast area is very nice. Will book again.

Fraser Suites ShenZhen was very good to stay at for the Easter weekend. The room was very clean and came with a kitchenette, internal laundry and laundry rack which came in handy given we needed to do laundry. We also enjoyed use of the infinity pool on the top floor overlooking the park and city.
The room we stayed in however had poor workmanship for the floating floorboards. The hotel should replace these floorboards as the gaps are showing which can pose as a safety issue for patrons feet to trip over/get stuck in.

Got free upgrade to suite upon check-in. Room is very spacious and well maintained. Frontdesk was so helpful and offered help to us whenever necessary.
Hotel location is strategic and near a big Dream On Shopping mall where you could find places to dine in.
Definitely will recommend this hotel to my friends.

Spacious and clean rooms. Really impressed and great value for money. My only complaint is the room did not have the best view (was facing a residential building)

The room is huge and well located. There’s a nice huge park nearby for walks too. The main flaw is the smoking issue and the rooms would stink despite efforts to clean the room. It will help if there is also some scent to make the room smell nicer. The delivery service is contactless and efficient via robot.
