The hotel was a mix of positive and negative experiences. We booked the room with the bathtub, and overall the room itself was nice. The shower was excellent, and everything you needed was provided.
Unfortunately, there were a few downsides. To reach the hotel, you have to carry your luggage up two short flights of stairs, which isn’t ideal if you have heavy suitcases.
Furthermore, the elevator is not secured with a room key. Since the building has nine other floors occupied by various businesses, anyone can access the hotel floor. Because the hotel also doesn’t use delivery robots, there is a constant flow of food delivery drivers walking through the hallways.
The staff were friendly and helped us with every request we had. The room was cleaned daily, and most toiletries and amenities were replenished every day. Although the room felt relatively new, the wooden floor already had numerous dents and scratches, the walls showed visible signs of wear, and the bathtub had many black scuff marks and scratches.
The TV projector was also poorly aligned, with around 60% of the projected image displayed on the wooden wall instead of the designated projection screen. The sound insulation inside the hotel was fairly good, but there was significant construction work taking place outside, which created a considerable amount of noise during the day.
