Just a short walk from Metro Xixiang Taoyuan Exit C (turn right after exiting, then right again and walk almost two blocks, it's just before the Hampton Inn Hotel), this hotel offered a lovely welcome bag containing a Starbucks bottled coffee, a sweet cake, and some candies – a very thoughtful touch! Each evening, they also provide a complimentary Chinese sweet dessert. The room facilities appeared very new and clean. However, the TV offered only Chinese channels, with a few regional options from Hong Kong and Macau. Breakfast was included and featured a Chinese-style spread with limited daily variety, for drinks only offered hot milk or Soya milk... Not coffee. The Wi-Fi service reflects China's internet restrictions, so be prepared for limitations. It's advisable to bring your own SIM or eSIM with VPN service. While smoking is prohibited in rooms and hallways, unfortunately, some guests still do, a common issue throughout China.
The hotel's location is convenient, with restaurants, a coffee shop, and a convenience store nearby. In the evenings, you can also find excellent Chinese street food options close to the metro station. While not luxurious, the hotel provides all essential amenities and even a few extras.
