Great hotel with plenty of places to eat around.
10 mins walk from metro station and around 30 mins into central shenzhen. Very convenient for shenzhen north railway station recommend

The hotel reception is in the kiosk that is in the building corner.
We had booked basement (no window) room and the receptionist asked us if we wanted to upgrade. We have had multiple rooms without windows before, so we decided to keep our booking.
The room itself was actually great: big, clean, with a water kettle, a (private!) washing machine, working AC, a private bathroom (and great thick towels).
The only issue was that it was very humid. The aeration doesn't seem to work that well, making the room feel quite humid and smelling like cigarettes.
Otherwise, the neighborhood is pretty lively in the evening. There are a lot of snack stalls and small eateries around.

Simple small clean room. Perfect for 1-2 night stand. Washing machine and space for drying is provided. I booked and asked room on 5th floor because of reviews but they put me on 3rd floor. In the night some guys next door are very loud!

location far from city center, but a nice area to stay and see gz from different of view
surrounded with malls and many various n delicious restaurants, very pleasant
very close to mrt station
ammenities not complete need to be asked and remind the employee to give this and that, in old building apartment, lift was error once, corridor quiet creepy

the soundproof is so bad, cannot sleep because guests in other room talking loudly in the middle of the night.

The hotel is close to the Shenzhen north train station and close to 2 subway stations, so it's convenient to move. The place is ok for the price, and the beds are comfortable. However, in some rooms the spaces are small and they smell very humid. Anyway, the place is according to the price that is quite cheap.
