Stayed 4D3N in Atour HePing Road. Hotel location is very convenient to travel around.
The room is very cosy, bed is comfortable, room is spacious enough to fit all our luggages and boxes as we have great shopping. The service is excellent, from front desk to cleaning lady.
Special thanks for Mr 万安 for his enthusiastic.
Will definitely come back Atour Heping Road again

酒店位置離地鐵站不遠，交通方便，步行10分鐘可到萬象城。房間設計現代簡約，一到兩人住挺寬敞，灰白色調配暖光温馨柔和，床墊軟硬適中，枕頭高矮合適，免費水充足，還配一份早餐，性價比高。

晚上10點左右才入住，一進房間空調顯示22度，發現房間是越來越熱，去看那個空調顯示屏已經上升空調至25度。立即通知前台，前台找工程來看，跟我説我住房間比較大一點，未有辦法調節，還跟我説空調顯示屏不準確。晚一點肯定涼快。工程人員走後，洗澡後發現空調顯示26度。
再一次跟前台溝通，他衹能給我一把風扇解決問題。第一次嘗試住酒店是需要風扇才能入睡。
因為十分熱，第二天還未到9點鐘就要退房！
 房間也不是便宜，港幣800多。真的十分差的體驗

這次住亞朵，前廳的服務真的讓人印象深刻。一進門就被前台的熱情感染，遞來的歡迎茶温熱適口，還沒開口就感受到了親切感。
辦理入住時效率超高，小姐姐不僅快速完成手續，還主動告知了周邊的交通和用餐建議，連早餐時間和電梯位置都細心提醒，訊息給得又全又清晰。同行的長輩行李較重，前廳的小哥哥立刻上前幫忙提拿，全程微笑指引，特別周到。
退房時臨時需要打印文件，前台二話不説幫忙處理，速度快還免費，臨走時還不忘提醒帶好隨身物品，笑着道別超暖心。
亞朵前廳的服務沒有刻意感，卻處處透着用心，從接待到送別都讓人舒服又安心，必須給前廳團隊打滿分！
