The service was incredibly warm and welcoming; they even proactively connected with me via WeChat before my arrival. The location is fantastic and easy to find, being extremely close to the subway station. The surrounding area is bustling, and it's also very near MixC World. Would not recommend this hotel when you are a solo traveler or in general. The pictures are too different from reality, the bathroom was inconveniently small and had moldy spots. The overall look and feel of the hotel is shabby and I did not feel comfortable staying there. Would not recommend especially for the price you pay, you can get a way better hotel.

The actual room verse what's in the pictures were miles apart. It was a poorly decorated apartment not worthy of being marketed by Trip.com. 100% disappointed and I immediately went to another hotel to stay!
