Spectacular Hotel — Especially on the 40th Floor!
From the moment you walk in, the front desk staff greet you with genuine smiles and great energy. They don’t speak much English, but they use translation apps and do their best to understand and assist you — which I truly appreciated.
The room was spacious, spotless, and even came with a coffee machine — perfect for anyone who needs that morning caffeine boost. I requested an air purifier due to a slight cigarette smell, and they brought it immediately. Excellent service!
Overall, I highly recommend this hotel. It offers great value for the price. My only wish is that it had a rooftop area — that would make it absolutely perfect.

The views were very nice and the hotel room was clean and modern. They provided snacks and soft drinks free in the minibar that were refilled everyday, plus water bottles and coffee/tea. The service was really great, they helped us with everything and they were very kind and polite. The breakfast was quite good, but there was lack of space on busy hours and some things like orange juice took too long to get refilled.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The facilities were great and everything was clean and comfortable. I’d especially like to compliment the front desk staff, Tai Hong, for his friendliness and excellent service. He made me feel very welcome and ensured my stay was smooth. Overall, a great experience and I would definitely recommend this hotel

Very nice hotel. View from the window was amazing. Great amenities - free minibar refill every day, easy access to gym and laundry services. Good location, walk to nearest subway station was ＜10 minutes

We booked UrCove a few times in China, and this was the one we enjoyed the least!
We first got a room that smelt tobacco once we opened the door. We immediately asked for another room, which they had, and it had no tobacco smell.
But the floor tiles where broken! Wearing sleepers was a must to make sure we wouldn't get scratches.
Amenities and equipment were good. View from the room window was stunning!
We arrived a bit late for breakfast (50min before end of service), a few dishes were not replenished and there was no fruit juice anymore.
Overall not a good experience and probably we won't book this hotel again.
