Staff are nice and friendly. However, location not great, the cleanliness to be improved

I didn't get to stay in the hotel as bumped me out even though I have a confirmed booking. They tried to inform me the day before my arrival but my phone wasn't working. So, I only found out when I reached the hotel. Their reasoning is that the previous guests who booked the entire place decided to extend for another day. They offered me an alternative sister location which they claimed is newer with better sea view. Turned out it was a smaller room with quite run down interior. Nothing like the one I booked on picture. Without much choice, I took the option but with a request to cut short my 2 nights stay to 1 night even though they offered to put me in a better room when I return to my original hotel. They readily agreed. I guess it made commercial sense for them and the staff tried to be helpful, but I find such lack of integrity wanting. Left a bad impression.

The room was super spacious and comfortable. There was no smoke smell and everything was clean. The shower was hot and powerful, and the shampoo and shower gel etc smelt great! The location is very convenient and right opposite the sea/beach which is amazing. Many restaurants and cafes nearby. There is a place nearby to rent moped/scooter so we could ride to the ancient village. We had a wonderful stay for 2 nights!

The location is right by the sea, near the north gate exit. The hotel is new, clean and tidy. The sea view room has a balcony facing the sea. But don't choose the 2nd floor because there are a few trees blocking the front. You can still see it from the side. The room is large with a small living room. The toilet is clean. The shower facilities are good and there is also a bathtub. I will come back next time.

Very good stay experience, the courtyard design is elegant and private. The check-in lobby is spacious and bright, and the functions are reasonable. There is also an elevator to the check-in floor. The room is spacious, clean and sanitary, and all kinds of configurations are very complete, just like a hotel. Although the breakfast is not a buffet, it is well matched and tastes good. I will come again next time.

The hotel service is very good, clean and hygienic. I met old friends who I have known for many years (Acong Xiaochen at the front desk, Xingyue at the guest room) and they are all very familiar. I just go there to relax whenever I have time.

The environment is very clean and convenient. The beach is only a 1-minute walk from the hotel entrance! The staff are very helpful! The hotel is very beautiful, you can take more photos and check in.

The room is large and clean. The hotel is very comfortable and well located. The sea and beach are right outside the door. The service is also very good. Sand play equipment is provided. The children had a lot of fun.

The sea view room has a great view. The beach is right in front of the hotel. The aunties are very welcoming. There are many seafood restaurants nearby. It is convenient to take a taxi. It is good.
