High level of service as usual. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Wonderful gym room. They have robots that deliver your orders of food or stuff to your room.

Amazing hotel. The best in Shenzhen. Especially big thanks to Eva, Mia, Cher, Lisa and Ben for their warm hospitality and generosity. The gym here is by far the biggest and best gym I’ve experienced of all hotel gyms. Has everything you need for strength and cardio training. The room size is perfect, and the pillows are super comfortable. Such a wonderful hotel stay. Will come back again.

My first time traveling for business in Shenzhen and this hotel was quite convenient for all the meetings I had to go to. The hotel itself is nice and clean, and my room was super spacious and the bed and pillows were comfortable. I slept really well during my stay. Anders at the front desk was also very friendly and helpful during checkout, and I think this is definitely a hotel I can come back to.

The location surrounding area was awesome and the front desk staffs Eva and Mia kindly assisted for generous late checkout as our better total experience overall. The room has provided full set of toiletry. Fully equipped without worries , thanks!

The stay experiences was excellent, check in and check out was very efficient, especially the service provide by Front Desk Eva and Mia. The In Room TV movie are request to be extend and provide, keep it up. I will come back again.

Fantastic hotel! Feels new and comfortable the moment you walk in. The staff are so friendly and very efficient. The room is spacious and very very clean and tidy. So many amenities. The gym is our favourite. Massive gym with a sauna and steam room, classes, and overall very well equipped. We didn’t swim but could see the pool area from our room and it looks very clean and well maintained. Would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend!

I could understand why Jen is becoming popular among the business travellers. It’s more private and convenient, however maintaining the signature Shangri-La services. Here, especially thank you to MINNIE&BEN at customer service, they’re extremely welcoming and kind, you may add the official WeChat contact, they may bring you whatever you need promptly. Location wise, it’s perfect for whom need to catch an early flight. The commute time between the hotel and airport is about 15 mins. In case, you’ve clients to entertain, the bar and brewery are open for 24 hours. It’s chill, and definitely could have a good talk.

The living experience is really good I like the gym very much

Hotel Front Desk are very friendly and warm welcome, the lady Viola assisted with my checked out and gave a nice gift, me and my girl friend are very enjoy stay here, i hope to coming back again.

This hotel has become my all-time favorite since my last visit to Hotel Jen in Shenzhen. Everything here is just perfect—the impeccable service, spotless cleanliness, well-equipped gym, and the quality of the shower products they provide. That said, it was a busy weekend, and even when I returned to check in at 10 PM after storing my bags earlier, I still had to wait. The room next door was a bit noisy at midnight, but these were minor inconveniences compared to the overall fantastic experience. As always, the thoughtful touch of receiving a small gift from the hotel made me feel right at home. It’s these little details that keep me coming back. Highly recommended!
