Find 3-Star Hotels in Shenzhen

Great location. Nice, friendly and helpful reception staffs. Hotel clean. Room clean. No cigarette smell. Food easily accessible with reasonable options. Amenities adequate perhaps hotel should consider providing disposable sleeper and teabags in future given the current pricing. Clothes washing facility with dryer. Breakfast I have no comment as the hotel did not throw in a free breakfast for me upon check-in given my several nights stay with them unlike other hotels in China. Will stay with the hotel again upon my return.

The front desk was very helpful and called me a day in advanced to confirm the booking and sent the map and direction to the hotel. It can get confusing because the hotel is located at a building where you cannot see any of its signage from exterior. But once you get the direction to the check-in lobby located at Level 6, it is quite straight forward. We landed very late, way past midnite and there was a guarded entrance A2 at the foot of the building where the security directed us to the check in lobby. The location is excellent and easy access to the best mall in Shenzhen, One Avenue. It is also served by two Metro Lines 1 and 10, which can get us to almost all the main attractions in Shenzhen. It is easy to get taxis as the main road right in front of hotel always have plenty of taxis waiting to pick up passenger. The only downside of our visit was the fumigation that just taken place and everyday we will find dead baby cockroaches on our living room floors. But the room service response is very good, once you text them by WeChat, within 5 mins, the staff is here to clean up and attend to our other needs.

The hotel was conveniently located near the tourist attraction area with a lot of restaurants and shops within walking distance to buy food and necessities. Hotel was clean and easy to be found. Staffs were nice and friendly while the room is clean and comfortable. All hygienic necessities provided with 2 bottles of complimentary water. Definitely worth the money and will comeback again!

first of all, the location is excellent. it is near to guomao subway station. there is also a large mall called king glory near to the hotel with lots of food and shopping options. the hotel room was very clean and spacious. there were no windows, but there was a fancy wall of (fake) green plants, which gave the room a very homely and cosy vibe. we also liked the heated towel rack and the smart room assistant Xiao Du. the corridor was also clean and had a very pleasant scent. one thing that bothered us a bit was that the aircon was blasting cold air at our faces when we slept, even though we have turned it to the smallest wind setting.

This stay experience is excellent! The location is excellent, the subway station is just a few steps away, shopping malls, shopping and dining are very convenient. The hotel facilities are also very complete, the room is spacious and bright, the bedding is soft and comfortable, the bathroom is clean and tidy, and the toiletries are of high quality. There is also a giant screen projector and everything else, as well as high-speed and stable wifi. The service of the hotel front desk No. 02 worker is really thoughtful, it must be given five stars!

The hotel is very conveniently located , the front desk staff / Receptions lobby staff did a tremendous job, they were very helpful and kind . We came for the Canton fair stayed for 4nites , The best cleanest hotel 10/10 . Looking forward to come back again to this property.. 

Choosing a hotel in China can often be a hit-or-miss experience—but the Palace Hotel in Luohu, Shenzhen is truly a hidden gem. Located just 400 meters from the Shenzhen Railway Station, it’s a short and convenient walk—mostly through well-lit underground shopping alleys, with part of the route even passing a lively food street. The location is unbeatable. Right outside the hotel, Line 1 Metro is to your right, and Line 9 is to your left—both within 200 meters from the lobby. The hotel is also just 500 meters from Luohu Commercial City, one of Shenzhen’s largest malls, with hundreds of shops offering everything from electronics and knockoffs to dried food, fashion, massage parlours, and eateries. But a convenient location is only part of what makes a great stay—comfort matters, and this hotel delivers. Newly built in 2023, it’s modern, spotlessly clean, and well-equipped with everything a tourist might need. The rooms are big and spacious. Free self-service laundry and dryers mean you can pack light. There’s also a gym, and within 500 meters, you’ll find an abundance of food options. Service is another standout. The staff are attentive and responsive. Towels are replaced promptly when needed, and even small gestures—like an extra bottle of mineral water—don’t go unnoticed. Security is excellent, and I felt very comfortable throughout my stay. I must give special mention to Miss Long (龙小姐) at the reception. Her attention to detail and dedication to service were truly impressive. What really stood out was when she personally carried three new 24” suitcases (which I had ordered from Xiaomi and delivered to the front desk) all the way to my room—an act that perfectly embodies “going the extra mile.” As a retired senior manager, I strongly urge the hotel’s leadership to recognize her potential. If you’re heading to Shenzhen and want a hotel with superb service and an unbeatable location, I highly recommend the Palace Hotel. It’s located just to the left of the Shangri-La Hotel—but with better value and warmth. We booked four rooms for our stay from April 23 to April 26. I stayed in Room 5419.

-The building is across a big shopping mall so it's very convenient. -The metro is a few meters away. -The staff was nice and approachable -Wonderful room and the bed was comfy - The entrance is on the left side (B2) if you are facing the A side of the building. The front desk is on the 10th floor (Room 1018) I'll definitely stay here again. Tip: don't let the bad reviews get to you, however, if you want a 5 start hotel service and amenity, yet only willing to pay cheap, go away.

The service is tip top and location was super convenient. There are too many great points to highlights and I gonna list down. Pros: They allows us to extend our room for another 3 hours . Omg that is the best service I have ever received in my entire life . And the laundry is free. Yay! Cons: the laundry wash and dry function abit sad. The dryer doesn’t dry the clothes fully so I gonna continue to dry it in our own room 🤡

Nice place to stay and nothing to complain. Nearby there are few supermarkets and the location is quite convenient!!! Nice service and the staffs are really helpful!! Truly appreciate their service and the comfy stay they provided!!!
