Hotels in Shenzhen Bao'an International Airport, Shenzhen

Very close to the airport with free airport drop-off but no airport pick up. We reached it by riding the metro. It's very close to Huorui station line 1. surrounding the hotel is a quite lively night market with plenty of food choices available. Fast check in and check out the room. A pretty filling breakfast as well. We enjoyed our stay.

The cost performance is relatively high, the room is quite clean and the service is very good.Your airport used to be very close, and it took more than ten minutes by taxi.

Its nice the people there greeted us nicely when we reached the place really late after minight. The rooms were big. Though when booking the room you'll have to check whether the room has windows or not. Coz there is a difference. The toilet was ok.. it is divided between the 2 areas, though when showering sometimes the water would leak to the toilet area. Other than that all is good. Additionally, the morning breakfast has variety between the 2 days i was there. Good Job.

The only problem was finding the hotel, as the location is a bit unclear and the building doesn't look the same way as on the photos. Otherwise, everything else was good, clean, fresh towels, bed was okay, friendly staff

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. I was pleasantly surprised with a free upgrade to a spacious family room which was perfect for my needs. The room was clean, comfortable, and had plenty of space. The hotel’s location near the airport was a huge plus and the free airport pickup and drop-off service made the whole experience even more convenient. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making my stay hassle-free. Highly recommended this place.

Having a hot drink (just light tea) during check in and easy access to a pot of fruits/tiny snacks, a coffee/tea dispenser were v nice touches. Missed the free (we think) breakfast - forgot n don’t think staff said anything as well. Slept well but we notice theres a window that’s kept open for ventilation, and the hotel is right next to a petrol station and open canal (no smells noted). Best part is the free shuttle bus to n fro airport - earliest was 520am (which we needed) & they even gave us a wake up call. First shuttle was packed on this trip - pls register the day before, we were glad we did.

Modern decor, clean rooms, friendly staff. The airport drop off service was prompt. The only downside to hotel is the noise from the nearby train station can be very loud. However, we only used for one night stay before taking a flight from Shenzhen.

I had a fantastic experience during my stay at this hotel. The room was comfortable, and well-equipped with all the essentials. The breakfast was fresh and had a nice variety of options. Overall, I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

From the outside it’s a hotel like many others. Dark glass facade, at least the feeling of who arrived in the evening. The hotel entrance is well illuminated and with high ceilings. Even though we are already in 2025, the stall still allows clients to smoke everywhere including inside the elevator. The non-smoking signs on the wall are just a part of the decoration. No real meaning as they are absolutely ignored. They room in average size. The bed was large and comfortable. Linens also nice and clean. Just the floor seemed a bit less cared in the detail. The shower was good with strong water pressure and hot water coming out right away. The location seems closer from the subway exit and took longer to arrive there that expected. But the shuttle service to the airport was fast.

The newly opened hotel is very good, stayed here many times. The hotel is very close to the subway station and it is convenient to take a taxi. The giant screen audio-visual room opened is relatively quiet, up and down, and the laundry room is very convenient. The sanitation is very clean, the cleaning is very timely, and the latex pillow is very comfortable. The young ladies at the front desk are very enthusiastic and patient. Will come again next time
