Hotel is about 8 mins walk to the nearest subway MTR, really convenient. Room was very decent size, thanks to the check in staff who was polite and upgraded us. Bathroom is equipped with the electric powered toilet and there was no cigarette smell in the room, which is fantastic.

Upon our arrival I showed the benefits and rewards which Trip.com states, the manager, who resembles HK TVB actress 陈法拉, gave us a free upgrade to a 2 bedroom with 2 double beds unit. She even arranged a fruit platter for us. She was professional, patient and friendly. Thank you. The housekeeping staff were very hardworking, helpful and courteous. Thank you. Location is convenient. Metro is just across the road and bus stops too. Visiting places of attraction is easy. Takeaway was delivered by robot when our food arrived at the hotel lobby.

Hotel is at convenient location, easy to get an uber / didi, close to some popular malls in shenzhen. Hotel room is clean ans spacious, with bedroom, living room, dining area and open kitchen, there’s even washing machine, stove and microwave, very good value of price. Robort available to deliver meituan order. However, one thing i was not quite satisfied was the air conditioning. On one hand i could not control setting warm or cold air, as they centralized the function, the air conditioning smelt bad.

The room has no window, although it was stated in the website which I did overlook. I have never been to a hotel without a window. The feeling is terrible dark especially when in the morning you had to refresh after sleep. I suggested that the advertisement on the website should have the provision “no Window” highlighted and for customers reference and attention. Besides the toilet shower is badly designed which the opening of the glass door inward to the side of the shower head will bump into the shower head. The shower head also split water out on side causing all the stuff you put outside on the wash basin wet. Terrible. Although the staff there are very nice and helpful, but the hotel room is really not fit if you are expecting a good journey experience, the price is not really so cheap to let the customer have such low standard of room.

It still has the 'fresh smell' as it is pretty new, most importantly it is clean and hygienic. Amenities are all good except that it didn't provide washing machine & dryer service. The staff is friendly, check in is systematic. The surrounding area has plenty of choices of local food is also a plus point.

Not exactly what it described here. Not pleasant at all during our stay at this hotel. Poor insulation, no AC no heating facilities, shampoo and shower gels are low quality, room was small and very hot, slippers provided were filthy. TV worked for one day but stopped working the next day. The floor board was broken inside the room. The only positive is they have self-service washing machines provided though the drying system isn't that great. Anyone with a high standard should avoid staying at this hotel at all costs.

The hotel staff said they upgraded me but it was the same as the original reservation. The toilet door is made of fully transparent glass, which makes going to the toilet inconvenient. The only good thing is that it is close to the subway station. There is a food street for local residents downstairs, and there are also several larger restaurants.

The room is not big, but there are sofas / coffee tables / tables / chairs. The point is that the air conditioning is very cold enough for us who are afraid of heat.
