Hotels in Tianbei/Shuibei Jewelry City, Shenzhen

This is our 2nd visit. Hotel is located in an up market area, 5 mins walk to the MixC mall where there are many nice restaurants. Sungang MRT station is also there. Recommended.

I really enjoyed staying in the hotel: location is very convenient, next to subway station, if you want to buy something, there is Hema supermarket with high quality food in the mall nearby. And I appreciated stylish details in the interior. Reality has exceed expectations. P.S.: the only one thing: there is not that “soundless”, I used a set of earplugs because of neighbours. And be careful with hairdryer: it stops working after it heated more than it needed ( on its point of view))

The hotel is in the luxurious Shuibei area in the north of the Luohu district. There are lots of restaurants and coffeehouses nearby. You can walk to the centre of Luohu on foot (what nobody does except me). There are two metro stops nearby. The room is very big and furnished and lit smartly. The bed is comfortable and equipped with two different cushions. There is a toilet/bath combination, which leads to a wet floor under the toilet when taking a shower. Happily the good construction and the ventilation system dries it up very quickly. Everything is almost perfectly clean and cleaned daily. There are a lot of disposable items, which are renewed every day. The view from the 30+ floor is stunning. The staff is friendly and helpful. The communication over WeChat is good. They don't speak English, but try their best with the help of translation apps.

The location was very convenient because it is just right above the shopping mall (kk time) ( same building) you will can find the entrance next to Starbuck shop, just look at the wall with numbers “88 “ on it. The room is big enough and have all facilities that must to have, such as washing machine, kitchen, big screen for movies time in the living room. The air conditioner is working very well. The check in process is fast and convenient. Don’t worry about the food because so many restaurants nearby ( inside the shopping mall and outside areas also a lot of restaurants)

Great location, very clean and new. Great designs. The people in this hotel are super friendly. The laundry room is my favorite. BTW, great food for breakfast. Will definitely come back.

This hotel is very clean and modern. They provide water, cups, a fridge, slippers, towels, a water heater, and many other toiletries. The room looks modern and new. They are nice and polite. They have a healthy breakfast buffet on the 31st floor. They food is clean and the staff is friendly. There is free laundry. There is also a robot that can deliver food to the rooms. The room is very comfortable. I enjoyed my stay. This is the best hotel I have stayed at. 这个酒店又干净又安静。我推荐。

The journey continues…During my latest visit, I opted for another stay at the Fengyu Apartment but this time a different room. I tried the loft apartment this time around. It’s spread across two floors. Think of it as a well decorated temporary living space. It feels like home away from home. The living room on first flow has a balcony view of the lower surrounding buildings. This floor is also equipped with a compactly combined bathroom and toilet, along with a handy washing machine. There are some stairs extended up from the living room leading to the second floor which has the bedroom arrangement , featuring a wardrobe and desk. The air conditioner happens to be high up the wall. This ensures that the cool or warm air first reaches the upper (second) floor before circulating down to the lower first floor. Again I would recommend this room to anyone looking for that home away from home experience while on a solo travel or business trip.

Clean and cozy hotel, well located near to subway, very close to the center. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly! I liked the room type where you can sit next to the window.

The room are modern in design and mostly smart & digitalized set up. Spacious, comfortable bed as what it advertised for excellent sleeping quality. The only set back Of this hotel which had impacted the customer experience is really their flexibility and efficiencies. Only 1 assistant at the front desk serving all kind of customer’s requirement including handling the food delivery. We had bad experience for not able to get the tax drove in near to the lobby during heavy rain and we were all wet and caught in the rain badly during arrival. This is truly a major pull factor for us to revisit this hotel again. Overall is normal experience, if you are looking for sleeping quality then this might be your choice but if you are looking for professional experience, there are still rooms for improvement

No doubt about the loaction are excellent, situated next to a massive shopping mall. The Hotel can not say its bad, but i do feel a bit cosy and very business hotel. The in-room facilities was a bit out-dated in my opinion. Apart from that, the Hotel was really good overall. A bit pricy in my view.
