Hotels in Huaqiangbei Area, Shenzhen

The hotel is located near to the electronics market in Futian area and a short taxi ride to the Central Park and other attractions. The exact location is a little tricky to find but the place is generally ok. Rooms are small but are cleaned daily. There’s also a rooftop area with some seating. The place is good for a short stay but if staying longer I would choose somewhere a bit nicer.

The hotel’s location is ideal, conveniently situated near Huaqiangbei Area, renowned for its bustling wholesale electronics markets in Shenzhen. The hotel room design is a harmonious blend of modernity and simplicity, truly captivating. While the hotel is tucked behind the mall, which may not be immediately apparent, its substantial building size is worth noting. Unfortunately, there’s no direct car access to the hotel lobby. What truly sets this hotel apart is its exceptional room and design, coupled with its exceptional helpfulness. I encountered some issues with my online packages, but the hotel staff promptly assisted me in resolving them. Beyond its prime location, the hotel offers several additional perks. Each floor and the front desk provide unlimited mineral water bottles, while there’s also a free laundry room equipped with a dryer, which is incredibly helpful for those needing to do laundry. The laundry room has around 5-6 machines.

We enjoyed our stay in Aoki hotel. Room was very spacious, clean and had a good view. Hotel provides amenities which include shampoo, hair conditioner, shower gel, shaving kit, hair dryer and etc. Room has a big screen where you can watch videos and films. Location is very convenient, you can easily access to main road and go to the railway station, airport and city centre. Highly recommend!

This stay experience is excellent! The location is excellent, the subway station is just a few steps away, shopping malls, shopping and dining are very convenient. The hotel facilities are also very complete, the room is spacious and bright, the bedding is soft and comfortable, the bathroom is clean and tidy, and the toiletries are of high quality. There is also a giant screen projector and everything else, as well as high-speed and stable wifi. The service of the hotel front desk No. 02 worker is really thoughtful, it must be given five stars!

We enjoyed our stay at this residence style hotel at an excellent location which is within 5 minutes from subway station and for shopping. The staffs at the reception are very friendly, helpful and considerate. More information on how to get to this place from subway station or by hired car would be very beneficial. We would like to stay at this hotel again when we come to Shenzhen.

The hotel was in an excellent location. Close to two metro stations. Plenty of food places around. At road level take the elevator to the 3rd floor where reception is located. I am glad I didn't opt for the including breakfast room options as the hotel breakfast looked very basic and there are much better options outside. The reservation noted a mini bar and soft drinks however the hotel did not provide these. Only one of the reception staff went over and above to help despite language barriers. There was no coffee available in the room. I also found a hair on the bed. Perhaps it was by accident from house keeping but please pay more attention to detail.

We had such a great stay at this place! Please keep in mind that this is a serviced apartment, so the amenities such as a washing machine was a great asset to have. The cleaning lady was so sweet and provided us with ample laundry detergent and clean slippers everyday. The location was quite central to many places. We would definitely stay again if we come back to Shenzhen!

Excellent location. Apartment is above mall. Basement is Freshippo Supermarket (Jack Ma's). Walmart is 150m away. Electrical / IT malls 500m. Many and plenty of restaurants... Lots of hot pots! With luggage we booked Didi from Shenzhen North High speed train station to Time ONE was ¥40. FYI if with luggage the Yannan station exit to Time ONE has 5 flights of stairs. No escalators not lift. Upon arrival look out for McDonald's. The lift lobby is opposite where there's a security guard on duty. Take lift to Level 8. Room 812 reception. Check in. Overall the service is good and prompt. We had Aircon setting error, the receptionist knocked on our door very quickly. She's like a one man operation taking care of everything. Overall we are very pleased with our stay. Room cleanliness good.

She assisted us with tireless patience, ensuring we were comfortable and well taken care of throughout our stay. Her kindness didn’t stop there—she even helped us book a taxi from Shenzhen to Guangzhou at a much cheaper rate than what we found on Didi, saving us both time and money. Her dedication to guest satisfaction is truly commendable, and it’s clear she takes pride in her work. As for the hotel itself, it’s an absolute *Zen Oasis*. The cleanliness is impeccable, with fresh sheets provided daily, and the bed was so comfortable, it felt like sleeping on a cloud. The luxurious yet calming atmosphere made it a joy to return to after a long day. The breakfast was also fantastic, offering a great variety to start the morning right. One of the most unique features was the *windowless room with a glass lookout to plants*—something I’d normally avoid, but Skytel executed it beautifully. The greenery provided a serene backdrop day and night, making the space feel open and refreshing. I’m extremely picky when it comes to hotels, but Skytel exceeded every expectation. If I return to Shenzhen, I wouldn’t even consider staying anywhere else. *Highly recommended!*
