My stay at pagoda was exceptional! From the elegant lobby to the spotless rooms with luxurious bedding, every detail exuded comfort. Staff greeted us warmly and anticipated needs effortlessly – a true hallmark of exemplary service. The restaurant served creative fusion cuisine using locally sourced ingredients. Despite its central location near subway and shopping malls , the hotel maintained a serene atmosphere. Housekeeping’s daily attention to detail impressed me most – even folding clothes left casually! Modern amenities, thoughtful design, and genuine hospitality made this stay unforgettable. Highly recommended for both leisure and business travelers seeking refined comfort. Will definitely return!

 I found this room to be excellent, much larger, and nicer than I expected for the price. It was three times as large as my hotel loom in Hong Kong for less than half the price. I will certainly stay here again. The next time that I am in Shenzhen.

Third time staying there. Smaller room but still very nice and clean. I used the alarm clock to wake me up and worked perfectly. Very happy with the stay.

The hotel is grand, clean, and beautiful— you will never been disappointed with a Marriott-branded hotel. The staff are all incredibly friendly and helpful. Upon our early arrival at 10 am, well ahead of the usual 2 pm check-in time, they promptly checked us in and provided a room that was available, which left a strong impression on us (by the way the room is spacious!). The hotel location is very convenient, with a nearby shopping mall where we had a wonderful time.

Just on top of HOP playhouse and beside a mega shopping mall , very convenient.

Hotel is clean and service is ok. No smoke smell on our floor and in the room. Hotel is near the metro. Lots of eateries, cafes and mini marts just outside the hotel. Especially at night lots of food vendors line main road outside.

I was very happy with my stay at this hotel. It’s conveniently located near a shopping mall, just a short walk away. The facilities are excellent, and the cleanliness is top-notch. I especially appreciated the smart control system for lighting and the ability to monitor the washing machine’s progress. Another great perk was that the staff could sign for online shopping deliveries on our behalf. One minor note: The air conditioning seems to run on an auto mode, turning on and off at intervals, which might be something to adjust for personal comfort. Overall, a fantastic experience!

The hotel is awesome, welcome drinks is so warming when it’s cold weather. The hotel staff is so friendly and helpful. Always greet when you pass by the lobby. The bed is the most I love at this hotel. High quality pillow and bed. Even better than the big brand famous hotel I stay before. Will definitely will book Atour again when I back to China

I had a great experience at this hotel. The location is convenient, with the subway nearby. The hotel itself is very nice and extremely clean and the rooms were big enough. The cleaning lady was attentive, and the front desk staff was very helpful. I also appreciated the hotel’s innovative features. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay.

I had a great stay for 3 nights during my trip to Shenzhen and found a comfortable large bed and ample sitting space in the bedroom. All facilities were provided for and provided breakfasts were varied. Each day, there was a small gift in my room and room keeping staff did my laundry without being asked. The reception was also very friendly and accommodating.
