Pet friendly Hotels Shenzhen

The room was very spacious. Looks exactly like the photos. The bed and pillows were comfy and fluffy, slept through the night. Loved the Japanese zen interior. The location was perfect, right at the electronics market. At first, we were a bit worried after reading the reviews about having to take the stairs to get to the lobby of the hotel because we were traveling with 2 big suitcases. There were exactly 4 steps to climb up, so it was not a big deal. We booked the hotel again for our 2nd time back to Shenzhen. Bonus points for having bottled water available when you are getting into the elevator from the floor of your room. Only con is the soundproofing wasn’t very good. We could hear the sound of traffic going on downstairs even when we were staying on the 20th floor.

First let me put down the good points: 1. Bed, pillow are nice not those soft kind. 2. I did not asked for housekeeping service throughout my stay, as I stay alone, but the lady was kind enough to give me extra water bottle and asked if I need her to clean the floor and washroom. 3. Location is near to MRT station and quite a few shop u can go for food. 4. Breakfast was good for me. Bad experiences: 1. The toothbrush, as u can see at the picture. I did not realised til I felt sth was not right and sth glue at my throat. I feedback to front office asked for manager. 3 of them were standing at the reception desk kept asking me to tell what happened before I could speak to the duty manager. Until I insisted only one of them steoped out and said he is the duty manager (lack of responsibility) they did changed all my tooth brush and sent me a gift(tumbler, pen and notebook) unfortunately when I was trying to remove the glue at tip of the pen, the whole too of the pen came off. Also they gave fruit platter. 2. My floor 11 was cold and I was told is centralized AC. They gave me a fan heater but the wire was too short, can't put on the floor near to my working desk or anywhere else. Only can put at the bed side table and I can't adjust the heat level and fan speed. 3. The noise. 11pm maintenance staff was hammering to fix one of the room door and my neighbors was talking out loud til almost 2am. During my last few days there was a group of teens check in to the same floor and they are not the quiet type as well. Don't forget I'm on business trip 4. I checked in at the same time with my colleague, he got an upgrade to level 18 and I got none. A bit down when it colleague got an upgrade and I don't. 5. They took my colleague's phone to wrote all the perfect review (cause they give ”free” late check out if we could write good review and my colleague wants to ease all the trouble so let them use his phone to take pictures and wrote comments.

Our stay was nothing but peaceful, the whole place was sparkling clean . And we had a quick check in and the receptionist was very kind , led us into our room and explained all details in the room .

We had a very lovely stay here, the sound of waves was so relaxing and we were so close to the beach. The staff were very attentive to our requests - special mention to our cleaning lady and Steven. If you'd like a respite from the city life I highly recommend this place! There's another hotel nearby called 白房子 though, but it's not as close to the sea so make sure not to get mixed up.

The location is a bit hard for us to access. The exact location is 龙园创展大厦, the entrance is at the rear of the building, just follow parking entrance will do. The reception is located at 5th floor, ROOM 516. Before that you need WeChat and internet to register as visitor at ground floor. This building is a mix commercial and apartment. Apartment is studio type. Doesn’t recommend to visitor that don’t understand mandarin, doesn’t have wechat, local phone number. There is a lot of restaurants opposite this building where you need to avoid during peak hour, Otherwise you will anticipate a long queue.

If you live in Hong Kong and wish to travel further away from the city, Santorini hotel is probably one of the best get away places. A little hidden Greece getaways with a wonderful view coupled with the best fusion of Chinese and Western food makes this place an amazing destination to relax and chill. Service was amazing, there were primary two staff in charge, they reply to promptly, extremely helpful and also very patient with us; if you need anything from them, they would absolutely help you without a doubt!!!! Honestly amazing!!! The room was exactly the same as seen in the photos as advertised, pretty big to two people to stay in, they usually change the amenities everyday, keep it extremely clean and sanitary. A 10/10!! Would definitely come back again!!!! Lovely experience!!!

I booked the room with the sea view, at least on my booking it was shown that I will be able to see all the view, however in the reality it wasn't, I saw just a small part of it (attach photo) and I paid even more than my friends who had rooms with a view. I talked with stuff, however they couldn't solve my problem as it was holiday and hotel was fully booked, they even didn't offer me discount or something which left very bad impression.

I stayed for a short time but everything was fine! I was able to use the shuttle bus to the airport and even though they don't speak English we were able to communicate just fine. Thanks

We celebrated our 7th wedding anniversary at this hotel, and the staff made it truly special by decorating our room beautifully—what a lovely surprise! The service was fabulous throughout our stay, and we really appreciated their attention to detail. The hotel’s location in the middle of the mountain offers fantastic scenic views, though transportation can be a bit challenging. Thankfully, the hotel provides shuttle services to/from the train station and the Forest Train (森林小火车), which was very helpful. However, if you plan to order food delivery, note that some drivers may not deliver to this area. One minor downside was the ongoing construction nearby, which caused some noise (though acceptable, as it’s beyond the hotel’s control). Unfortunately, the dust from the construction also made the swimming pool appear a bit dirty during our visit. Despite these small issues, our overall experience was fantastic, thanks to the wonderful hospitality. We’d definitely recommend this hotel for a peaceful and romantic getaway!

I was really amazed by this 180° full sea view room! The view from the high floor is unbeatable, and you can enjoy the sunrise and sunset of Dapeng Bay while lying on the bed🌅. The Mlily mattress is super comfortable to sleep on, and I fell asleep in seconds after lying down. I, who love to sleep on the bed, actually had no dreams all night~   Bathroom lovers are delighted! The Hansgrohe rain showerhead has super gentle water flow, giving you a five-star SPA feeling💦. The housekeeper is online 24 hours a day, and even takes out takeout to the room, so you can turn on the lazy vacation mode with one click🔛
