Ramada Hotels in Shenzhen

Great staff. Very caring and focused on giving the guest a comfortable stay. Free Pick up in a black e-vehicle from the Shenzhen north railway station is a superb touch and bought a smile. Pick up was effortless as instructions via we chat were sent before hand. Driver is calm, diligent and helpful. Rooms are modern and several eating areas close by. Hotel Manager Tracy is very sweet, considerate and her team very dedicated and responsive. Liu manager from the room services was very helpful and caring. Enjoy your stay at a very good value for money property.

The hotel is old and overpriced. We booked a large room. It was full of mold, smelled like cigarettes and dirty. They took us to another room down the hall. It was dirty and full of black mold, too. Finally we went to an “updated” room that was much smaller than what we booked. It did not have carpet and was a bit cleaner but there was still mold all in the shower and bathroom. All the rooms need a deep cleaning with bleach. Breakfast was fine. There is no pool. It looks like the pool hasn’t been used in a long time. They only positive was the service from the front desk. They really tried their best, unfortunately the pictures online are Not the reality. I would NOT stay here again.
