St Regis Hotels in Shenzhen

Very nice experience! I lived in 77th floor,the room is spacious and the view from the window is amazing!! All the staffs are helpful with the beautiful smiles.A cute girl called Helen from the front dest made me impressed,I literally feel like home!Thank you Helen!🥹🫰And the hotel location is also perfect 🤩 It’s just few steps from the kkmall, you can get everything there.Highly recommend!!!

The room was spotless, and the in-room facilities were excellent. We stayed here to celebrate our wedding anniversary. The hotel offered great views, and every piece of furniture was well-maintained. However, there were two major issues: 1. I had informed the hotel in advance that we were celebrating our wedding anniversary and requested some decorations. However, they decorated our room with a '50'. It was incredibly awkward and confusing; we've been married for a few years, and we had no idea what '50' was supposed to represent. If they were unsure, they should have clarified with us instead of just guessing. 2. The F&B service was arguably the worst I've experienced in a five-star hotel. At both breakfast and dinner, it was consistently impossible to get a server's attention. They seemed overwhelmed even with only a few tables occupied, which clearly indicates a lack of proper staff training. During dinner, my child accidentally cut their lip and started bleeding, which, of course, was an unfortunate personal incident. However, despite the servers and even the chefs hearing my child's sudden, painful crying, no one came over to check on the situation. When asked, the servers just looked clueless. We had to walk out to the lobby and call for a server before anyone finally came. Is this really the standard of F&B service for a five-star hotel? Every dish includes a service charge, but what exactly are we paying for?
