"The staff were so very nice, nothing was too much trouble, we arrived with two small dogs and they were treated like royalty, Kim and Maria behind reception and also Maria who served us in the buffet were so nice and even though Maria was off duty (from the buffet in the morning)that evening she helped Kim out when I had a problem with the tv, and they sorted a new one out straight away. We fully intend to use the hotel again next time we are traveling that way. The hotel have exceptional great staff"

"Temporary hotel, in order to go to York the next day
In the small town on the roadside, the style is a country club, the hotel and a small bar together. The surprise is that the room is relatively large, warm and spacious. I also went to the small bar to have a drink, the atmosphere is very good, friendly service staff. Cost-effective."

"The room is spacious and clean which iI like it very much. The toilet is clean except the water in the bath tub flow very slowly. The water accumulate till my ankle while I was taking my shower . During my stay the heater did not work properly. The air was cold especially during this winter season. Tks."

"We stayed 2 nights in the hotel and found the room to be really comfortable, the staff really friendly and helpful, and the food was really excellent. We didn't use the spa facilities as always arrived too late but the pool looked really inviting. Location was also good as just a few minutes off the M1. I would thoroughly recommend a stay at this hotel."
