Hello, the ATOUR Hotel at the West Square of the Railway Station. Please take this review as my thank-you letter. On April 17th, I stayed with my friends in Shijiazhuang for a layover, and on April 18th, my friends followed their leaders to leave first. Due to personal matters, I was delayed, and it was still raining that day. Their manager, 泽奚, gave me an umbrella and drove to pick me up and took me to the station in just 5 minutes so that I could depart at 3:50 and catch the 4:08 train. I would like to thank Manager 泽奚 . Although we couldn't communicate in Chinese, he patiently used a translation app to answer my questions. From the moment I checked in, I felt the warmth of the ATOUR Hotel. He led me to the elevator and helped me with my luggage. He also brought me breakfast. I felt very cared for by the ATOUR Hotel. Many details were very good. This was also the most restful night of my long journey. I will definitely stay at this ATOUR Hotel again when I come to 石家庄 next time.
