The Heritage Club - Tripura Castle

We had a fantastic stay at The Heritage Club. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming and made our check-in smooth and pleasant. Our room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and offered stunning views. We especially appreciated the comfortable bed and thoughtful amenities. The hotel’s heritage charm blended perfectly with modern comfort, creating a relaxing and memorable experience. We enjoyed delicious meals at the restaurant, and the breakfast spread was exceptional with a great variety. The location was ideal—peaceful yet close to key attractions. We highly recommend The Heritage Club to anyone looking for a luxurious and enjoyable stay. We’ll definitely be returning on our next visit. It truly felt like a home away from home!

The property was amazing. Good views of the city and pretty spacious rooms. Rooms were clean, comfortable and had all the amenities. Although breakfast can be improved for the price charged. More options can be added ( especially more live counter options ).

It's a wonderful property ...great hospitality and food is also amazing . So., if u are looking at photos and don't have the idea what exactly the property offers pls read this review... So property is divided into two vicinity ..one is heritage side and another is new premises...we opted for new premises it has a cafe restaurant and cottages also one villa/queens bedroom adjacent to each other divided by a sitting area ..amazing space for two families..rooms and bathroom are super spacious. One of these room faces valley view and another faces country view . The new side of property is towards valley so there are slopes to be climbed to go to breakfast or anywhere outside of the rooms i would suggest family with elderly people should enquire in detail if going for new property. I didn't get chance to visit heritage wing. So no idea about it. For the hotel ..i would suggest you all to put up latest photos of property as it's beautiful but website is not doing justice. Room service..house keeping staff and weighting staff is courteous polite and pleasent ...chef was kind enough to accommodate every need and customisation of food . It was an amazing stay i would recommend this property if u r visiting meghalay.

I read a lot of reviews stating rude staff, but trust me. Staff is very courteous and Helpful. Great Hotel and amazing stay. We stayed there for 3 nights. It was a business cum leisure trip and we enjoyed the beautiful layout of the property and would definitely recommend.

The stay at the property made our trip to Shillong a memorable one among other things. The hospitality made us feel at home amidst the grandeur of the property. We stayed at the forest wing of the property.The deluxe room was was spacious tastefully decorated with plush furnishings and modern amenities ***** with a big balcony where one can enjoy one’s morning tea amidst the chirping of birds and a wonderful panoramic view of the green forest.We tried the food at all the three restaurants which added to the fervour of our stay. The overall hospitality of the hotel is the icing on the cake.The staff are very polite and welcoming especially Parminder Kaur the guest relation manager who took care of every minute need of guest personally.

Amazing food, friendly staff, amazing property at such a price. Variety of breakfast is unmatchable, customized food for kids. Play area. You can take photos at every place in this property.
