Excellent service, smiling and friendly staff ready to listen and help. Good food. We rate the hotel excellent based on quality, comfort, food and service. Good value for money hotel. Access pass to nearby Ward’s Lake for morning walks, jogging tack and open gym really helped.

rooms and infrastructure not at par with vivanta standards but its staff which make you feel tajness in the hotel. all staff are good but special thanks to Ms Rajshree also would like to mention Ms Fiba Ms Meba and Mr Hilter for making my family stay wonderful. Also in room fruit basket and dryfruits were added delight for my kids

The dinner and the hospitality of the restaurant was awesome. Very polite and friendly staff, served us really well. Special thanks to Mr. Fedrick for making my parents anniversary a memorable one. Loved it would visit again. Vivanta shillong is must visit.

Vivanta Shillong is centrally located in the heart of Shillong, close to Police bazaar. It is a business hotel, with fairly compact and well designed rooms. The bathrooms could be better designed to avoid flooding, since there is no separate enclosure for the bathing area. Service is courteous and prompt. The food in the main restaurant Mynt was excellent and so was the service. Specially want to thank Meba, Prerna and Fredrick for their outstanding service. Wifi connectivity was erratic and it keeps logging out of the network, which was annoying. All in all, a decent play to stay in Shillong.
