"I used this hotel again this year. Since it's a bit far from the station, the shuttle service from Ugata Station was very helpful. The large public bath is also a plus. The amenities were running low. The rooms are spacious despite the reasonable price, which is great. I was surprised that all the front desk staff were foreigners! Next time, I'd like to try the breakfast."

"المكان يسعف و يملئ المكان ما فيه الكفاية بالعربية.. المكان تجهيزاته قديمة و لكن متعة اللعب 'و الرحلة سهلة' اذا كنت لا تمانع كون الفندق قديم' يلبي جميع الاحتياجات أساساً! و الخدمة هناك مدفئة جداً.. انا و اطفالي ذاهبون للسوبرماركت للتجول بالليل، سائق السيارة المستأجرة يردوننا على الممر ليلي سيرى من يقود سيارة مثل "حزام الصدأ" أننا لن نتعرض للخطر! بالطبع هناك ينابيع الدفء 'أنت متعب يمكنك أن تستحم في الينابيع الدفيئة... ما زالت المناظر الطبيعية جميلة جدا' لا تزال هادئة... مريحة... استرخي كثيرا... إنه شيء يمكنك أن تشعر حقا بالاسترخاء.. 😊 Thank you ‘🙇♀️ ! Thank you 🙏"

"The hotel is clean and the service is polite. The breakfast is delicious, using local ingredients. The hot spring water is from the source, and the pearl hot spring water. The drinks after the bath and the coffee in the lounge are delicious. The grounds are spacious and there are plenty of activities to enjoy. The free tour to watch the sunset and the stargazing where you can hear explanations about the stars while holding a laser up to the stars were great. You can see Venus, Jupiter, Mars, and the Pleiades star cluster with the naked eye. I would like to go back in the warmer months. The hotel was quite warm and comfortable even in winter."

"This stay was quite good. There was a shuttle bus that helped us with our luggage upon check-in. It was a rare treat as the open-air hot spring was usually empty, so we had the whole place to ourselves. The food was also very fresh. I would definitely stay here again if I have the chance."

"This is an all-inclusive hotel, with soft drinks and popsicles available at the front desk all day, and free alcohol (beer, wine, water, and chuhai) in the afternoon. The buffet is 60 minutes for breakfast and 90 minutes for dinner, but you still have plenty of time. While the food isn't particularly high-end, it's well-balanced for the low price. The bath had a great view, and the sunrise was beautiful. The room also had an ocean view, which was nice, and the Wi-Fi worked well. The only drawbacks were the lack of a bed and the fact that the building was an extension, so the elevator was quite far and zigzagged. Overall, the value for money was excellent. My only interaction with the staff was at check-in, which was quick and easy, and I didn't have to wait. Check-out was automatic, so there was no hassle. I think the quality is high for this price."

"كل شيء كان رائعاً الفندق مرحب ومضياف وتناولت العشاء الخدمة المهذبة وهذه نهاية رحلة رائعة. معابد الإيمان الكبري りには المسافةがあり من الفندق إلى القصر الداخلي هناك حافلة، وبعد ذلك نفذت المواعيد كنا نركب حافلة ركوب فندقية إلى محطة يوي ذهبت إلى محطة "50" في عجلة القيادة توقفت السيارة وسوف يختصر هذا الامر وهم أيضاً يقدمون هذه المعلومات. إذا كنت تستطيع ترتيب جدول رحلاتك بناء على نشاطات الفندق يمكنك أن تستمتع أكثر وهكذا يمكنك أن تحضر ملابس السباحة وفجأة خططت لرحلة وأنا أسف لأنني لم أستطع أن أعمل هناك"
