This hotel has a good mountain and valley view.As we were jain,the hotel provided us good jain food as per our needs. The only problem we faced was of monkey.They used to come in search of food which inhibited us from going in the balcony. And the stairs are steep so a bit difficult.

hi team , i booked hotel snow flake in narkanda on 28 december 2024. due to road blockage in narkanda we can’t go there. i raised refund request to the support team, they really helped me to get the money back with full support. i have to say thanks for them. make my trip is just good. keep going i give 5 star rating for the support team who helped to get back my refund money .. see you again🙂

The stay was good and beautiful. We booked a beautiful view room. It was neat and clean and the staff was good and hospitable as well. Overall it was a really amazing experience.

Room was not cleaned, the bed and furniture were old and in bad condition, it was all dust on blanket. In toilet the water pressure was too low. I have to use my own paper toilet to clean myself.
