It was really great stay . I booked this hotel at the very last minute but really happy with the quality they provide . Room was hygiene and comfortable for the family stay . and food was also super delicious

Though Imperial rooms were bit small, all rest arrangements and service was excellent including food. very near to Mall road. Nice one.....

Food- Breakfast was inclusive to my booking. Breakfast is not buffet and comes with limited option. Food quality was good, and the prices are slightly on the higher side.
Amenities - Television cable was not activated I called the staff but the person left soon after passing bulk to unknown staff member.
Bathroom - bathroom was clean but had issues with door that one has to push hard to close, Toilet flush valve issue, not enough racks or cloth hanger.
Tea/coffee sugar ttlray with electric hit kettle which is common otherwise was missing.
Location - location was good.
Staff behavior - will give 4.5 stars for this.

Small rooms, no ventilation, not upto the mark washrooms. breakfast was with limited option, no buffet. The taste was also average.

After searching for numerous hotels near mall road shimla, i came across this hotel through my office colleague who stayed there in jean 2025. And trust me the hotel doesn't disappoint us. We visited there on 22nd jean 2025 for 3 days with 2 families. Location near old bus stand and railway station, this 3 star hotel is a nice choice for those who want to stay near mall road/ridge. We stayed in the royal room(with valley view and breakfast )for 2 days and then on the third day i shifted to a lower tariff room with no valley view The food here is good. Qty is also sufficient. There is a separate small dining hall for the same on the 2nd floor. We were allotted the room available on the 5th floor. The service and atmosphere is very good. You may call them for hot water and breakfast from your room. Since this is a 3 star hotel, the food charges are according to the same. Mall road and ridge are located 1. 5 km approx above the hotel and a pathway for walking up to the road is there. The hotel arranged a taxi for our local and narkanda travel at reasonable prices. Overall we are satisfied with our stay and recommend everybody coming to shimla to consider this hotel.
