Stylish, cozy, and full of personality. Loved the vintage design and attention to detail. The staff had amazing local tips, and the lobby café was perfect for working or relaxing. Great location ***** the canals-would recommend 10/10Surprisingly great for the price! Clean rooms, friendly staff, and a super central location. The shared bathrooms were spotless, and the common area was a great place to meet fellow travelers. Would absolutely stay again on a budget trip.

It was nice staying in aachman regency, first time there. We really enjoyed the view from our room and special thanks to chefs for amazing food especially aalu-pyaz prantha, and the guy who assisted us for room service. Welcoming and very helpful staff. Hope to visit again, some fine day

In my point of view this is the most suitable property for those who are visiting shimla with there family and kids, Very courteous staff. Excellent hospitality .Its not easy to find a hotel which give you this much of space to celebrate your holiday., Room sizes are also big. Hotel staff and food is nice. Near to all the main attraction like Mall Road, advance study etc.

Our room had the most amazing views and was spacious and comfortable. We also had a small balcony. The lady at reception was very helpful. We arrived early off the train and they had a room ready for us within half an hour. Very much appreciated That is where the positives end. We chose to be out all day and when we got back a full part in the dining area. No mention of this to us. Very noisy. Second night the same and this time when the music stopped the noise continued. Breakfast was an insult. No Menus given and we were given 2 jam Sandwiches with a jug of sweet tea! After Complaining we had toast and coffee and omelette. The staff had no interest in us just the groups.

Overall clean hotel but staff has difficulty communicating. Food was tasty though service was slow and no proper menu available. Heater on extra charge and must call reception every time in advance to have hot water. Views from room awesome. Must take car to reach mall road. Room quite small. Not much place for an extra matress. Extra mattress for child was also too thin. Good for a short stay.

Totally pathetic!!! I specifically booked a luxury room with Balcony with valley view but the manager tried to dupe me by giving me a different room with no valley view let alone balcony. At first he lied and said they don't have any room with balcony but when i showed him booking details and everything included and after i threatened him with a complaint then finally he gave me the room with a non working TV and a fan that was totally broken and made noise like a drill when turned on!! Bathroom was dirty and flush wasn't working properly. I would definitely not recommend this hotel to anyone.
