My stay at Radisson Jass Shimla, though just for one night, was an experience I’ll always cherish. From the moment I arrived, I was met with genuine warmth and kindness. The entire staff, especially at the front desk, were extremely courteous and down-to-earth. It was heartening to know that most of them are local Pahadis—people native to Shimla—who bring a special charm and humility to their service. After two sleepless nights traveling from Bangalore, carrying my 8-year-old due to limited connectivity, I was exhausted. Mr. Rakesh at the front desk went out of his way to arrange an early check-in, ensuring my daughter and I could rest. That thoughtful gesture made all the difference and showed true hospitality. The breakfast spread was generous, and the in-room dining service was both fast and delicious. The hotel also provides a free shuttle to nearby attractions, which added great convenience to our short stay. Everything about the experience—from the service to the people—was simply perfect. Radisson Jass Shimla is a shining example of hospitality done right. I truly hope they continue this level of service. People will not only love the hotel but also the warm-hearted Pahadi spirit behind it.
