One of the best places in shimla.. very nice staff very nice service . Just 4 km from the city centre .. definitely recommend people to visit.

One of the best places in Shimla. Honestly the best service and hospitality. I haven’t met friendlier people than the staff at the snow lotus hotel. This place is a must stay and my family and I loved this place. Everything was great about it and the rooms and washrooms were also clean and hygienic. And also parking facilities were available as well even for our tempo traveller. I usually don’t write reviews but I got to say that especially the kitchen staff and servers were friendly. This place is definitely a MUST STAY if you visit Shimla.

We stayed overnight at Snow Lotus while visiting Shimla. The rooms were quaint and clean. The toilets and facilities were good. We had breakfast and lunch at the in house restaurant which was tasty and filling. Overall a good value for money experience when in Shimla.

Amazing room.we took the super deluxe room with valley view. Good heater service. The hotel staff are very polite and the food was good. The location is a bit interior away from the main shops, so we couldn't go walking anywhere.

Stayed at the hotel for one night. Very disappointed with the rooms and also food and staff. The hospitality and service was very poor. Rooms/bathroom look dated with old and worn out furniture and fittings. Even the market is far away and not easy to commute bcoz of the usually high traffic.

We Srilankan, on Shimla/Manali tour, spend 2 days in this amazing place on our holiday. Food quality was excellent. Definitely recommend people to visit. Very helpful and very good service provided by restaurant staff. Mr. Kapoor & Dutt always can remember. They were credit to the hotel. Very clean and hotel staff was very cooperative. It is no problem to choose this hotel for my next visit.

We have nice stay with snow Lotus hotel , we recommed this hotel to all , We have taken valley view room . It is amazing view from window .one most popular temple called sankat mochan is located around 100 meter from hotel .
