I had a wonderful stay at this resort. It's beautifully located in a peaceful and serene setting—perfect for a relaxing getaway. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. Overall stay at the hotel was excellent especially it location is strategic with very serene surroundings and that’s why we did not go out much during our stay. Special thanks tooMr. Ashim Singh.The food was was very good prepared by Vipin that was topped up with excellent service provided by Palak, Ria and Surinder. We enjoyed our stay here and is worth visiting again. Only one request I would make, if you can make it pet friendly hotel.

The Hotel's Heater CUM AC was non functional hence myself and my family including my 5 year old son had to spend the night in a NON VENTILATED ROOM. even the intercom facility was not working HOTEL PERSON MADE FALSE PROMISES HE SAID WE HAVE SET A 30 MINUTES TIMER ETC BUT THE HEATER NEVER BECAMER OPERATIONAL WE WERE AWAKE TILL 4 AM. Another important point is if you are checking in night time the approach road is highly unsafe if you miss even by a few feets you would fall into valley. and the hotel has not bothered to put any illuminination on the approach road also.

Just checked out from Justa Cliffend after a beautiful 3 days stay and couldn't delay the review. Their main USP is the location... Just in the middle of nowhere surrounded by green valleys and chipping birds. Our cottage was the last one with a balcony overlooking the valley where we enjoyed the sunrise everyday while having our morning tea. The cottages are well maintained, very clean and spacious. A very big shout out to all the staff members who looked after us with smiling faces,be it the front desk or housekeeping.A special mention to the Chef and his team for dishing out delicious fare everyday. Thank you Team Justa Cliffend for the great hospitality!

If i tell you about expericence it was beautiful😀✨and it was very nice mountain view. Room quality,food quality and their staff was really really ⭐⭐kind and like a family member and i really apreciate their staff.bcz i am very happy about their services 👍and special thanxx to Mr.Ashim singh,Miss Riya bcz their service was super fast ❤

First day of our trip .. Very accommodating staff with pleasant atmosphere , they helped us and changed our room within in few minutes, Mr Ajay , Miss Sita , they guided us well The security guy ( Mr Sachin was polite ) The rooms are neat and cleaned And they was decorate with balloons We are so happy to visit and definitely will visit soon again Must visit Justa for memorable time .

Had a wonderful lunch experience at jüSTa Cliffend Resort & Spa in Mashobra! The food was delicious, and the service was top-notch. The views of the surrounding hills from the restaurant were breathtaking. The staff was friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. Overall, a lovely experience, and I highly recommend trying out their local specialties.

Very good and polite front office staff specially the executive manager Mr. Ajay and Miss. Amanjot kaur. They offered us with a good hospitality. The hotel staff are incredibly friendly and efficient. The location was perfect and beautifull. The service was outstanding from check in to check out.
