The location is very good,you can enjoy beutiful Sunrise 🌄 and excellent service and very good quality of food .The room service is very good and very clean and neat rooms and washroom. The service boys are very polite and soft spoken and Hotel reception staff is also very nice.

It was a luxury stay with excellent view of himalaya range. Resort location was also good, with easy parking

I recently stayed at this hotel in Galu Kufri with my family for a few nights, booking directly with the hotel. The location is excellent, positioned in the heart of Fagu and just 2 km from Kufri Adventure Park and Zoo, making it a convenient base for exploring the area. ### **Pros** - The hotel features beautiful, modern infrastructure with a lift for added convenience. - Proper heating is provided through AC, ensuring a cozy stay during cold weather. - A spacious terrace offers a wonderful spot to relax and enjoy the snowfall — a highlight for winter visitors. - The breakfast spread includes a good variety of options to cater to different preferences. ### **Cons** - Deluxe rooms are small, which may feel a bit cramped, especially for families or guests with extra luggage. - Room service staff require significant improvement in professionalism; the attitude was rude, and responsiveness was poor. - The kitchen service also needs attention. Food ordering and delivery were slow, and the overall experience could be better with improved efficiency and quality. ### **Conclusion** While the hotel’s prime location, beautiful infrastructure, and terrace views make it a charming choice, the service quality — particularly room service and kitchen operations — needs substantial improvement to offer a truly satisfying guest experience.
