It was the worst experience at a hostel. The room is not the same as shown in the pictures. All rooms are different and the pictures are deceiving. After complaining about the issue the property manager was not ready to accept the complaint and was arguing with us.
There was no solution from the hotel and only after writing several emails and complaining again and again they changed our room after we had stayed in for 2 days. It was a very disappointing experience. Room floor was stickybathroom knobs were broken, unhygienic watter bottles. We will never book hosteller in future.

The location is good, close to tourist attractions and good service. The room is clean and the bed is soft and comfortable.

Check out process was smooth, and the staff was friendly Special thanks to Mr-Sandeep from front Desk . My room was clean and comfortable, The housekeeping staff did a great Job. The ambiance of the Cafe was lovely, and the service was attentive and courteous. The food quality was consistent. I look forward to visiting shimla hostel again.

I had stayed in Hosteller Shimla.It was a good stay n choosing this hostel here in Shimla was a good decision bcoz it was near by to all the shopping malls n it’s best part is it’s in Mall Road. Food was very good n staff were very very good n polite and Special Thanks to mr/Sandeep from front desk. And Thank u soo much for this beautiful stay n food.

Very excellent mangement with professional staff. Huge space rooms with maintain very Good hygiene from the super delux room you can enjoy the beautiful view of valley and shimla old . Super food service excellent. In future if you have plan to come shimla stay with hosttler family. Thanks for management how has mantain very Good hospla lity.

It's amazing stay .we had 3 days booking with hosttler shimla malll road . Excellent hostel in shimla. Food was mouth watering personally chef came to our table and took the order thanku chef once again All staff are very professional and good management. I recommend for every one.
