Hotel staff mostly Nepalese. The cleanliness need to be improved. The shuttle bus schedule shld b included in hotel details / info for convenience sake

Book cottage, end up twin bed with attic, but the staff is very nice and helpful. The view is great, too.

It's a simple no frill cabin. It's too cramp for 4 adults. The restaurant staff were very friendly, helpful, and accommodating to our needs.

The location of this hotel is near the famous scenic spot. The glamping facility they have looks attractive. I should have booked more than one night there in order to enjoy the site and observe for a morning with better weather to visit the scenic view.

I needed somewhere to stay overnight in that area and didn’t have a lot of choice. Hotel is clean, but service is bad. For example. I had to pay for my dinner when I checked out but they refused to accept a credit card as it was less than 3,000 JPY (cost 2,880 JPY) so made me pay cash. You also have to take your shoes off to go into the hotel lobby which is very inconvenient especially if you are staying in a different building over the road and only going to L front desk for some small thing.

This hotel is value for money if you travel with families. The experience of sleeping on the floor was amazing.

ペンションのような見た目で可愛かったです！ 部屋着はついていないので持参必須 本当に近くというか30キロ圏内にコンビニもなさそうなので なにか部屋で食べたい場合は絶対に 買い込んでからいくべき！
