酒店位置挺好，門口露天停車場，停車方便，保安態度很好。房間設備也挺好的，智能音箱語音控制，智能馬桶都挺方便，衞生也可以，裝修風格有點過時了，服務人員都很客氣，除了前台，服務和業務能力有待提高。

這家酒店實在是太美了！設施齊全，環境大氣沒的説，前台小姐姐還很熱心給我們升級了房型，非常貼心。辦理入住很專業效率也很高，還會提醒有任何問題可以聯繫前台幫忙解決，細節滿滿，非常喜歡~進到房間十分乾淨整潔，網絡也很好，衞浴乾濕分離住的很舒適。超級喜歡的酒店！早餐也不錯，這個環境吃早餐絕了，推薦呢！

在上海路，重慶路的附近地址非常好找，也是非常新的酒店，有品質，體驗感很好的酒店。性價比真的很高了，房間內的面積適中，窗户面積很大，採光好，不悶不潮濕。全屋燈光，窗簾，電視，馬桶都是智能，語音控制體驗感真的很不錯，周圍就是公交站門口打車也非常方便。前台還有免費的茶水供應，這一點非常的棒。服務人員的狀態和服務都很出色，很替顧客着想。在這裏住的兩間夜，總體的體驗感非常不錯。總之，來十堰住這家準沒錯，希望這樣高品質的酒店多開一點，出行就更便利一些，總之這是我在十堰最喜歡的酒店！
