Friendly staff (despite the language barrier) and good experience overall. The pool has some algae on the walls which wasn't very inviting. The breakfast was average. The main issue was there was an old man sitting in the restaurant and chain-smoking every day despite the signs saying smoking is forbidden...

The overall impression is good, it's the Balkans - Albania from the airport is literally "crammed" with people and cars, as well as the transfer traffic jams on the highway. Unloading luggage from the bus in the middle of full traffic is literally a stunt. The entrance to the hotel is through a small parking lot located on a two-lane road adjacent to the highway, railway and other roads - traffic 24 hours a day like here at rush hour :( . The reception staff arranged very quickly without any paperwork or instructions. Other times and places on the notices, due to the language barrier, nothing much could be arranged. Everyone was annoyed that dinners were only served until 9 pm - we are in Europe and at 9 pm there is still enough light to enjoy the beach, the sea and the pool with sea water. Overall satisfaction with minor reservations unless you expect 5*****

To be honest we are very satisfied when it concerns all our stay. Breakfast was quite poor but the room was very nice. We have got some deluxe room with jacuzzi, balcony and great view. Service of this hotel is great. All people friendly and nice.

Such a nice and family friendly place! Food tasty and classy! Pasta was delicious. Staff very friendly and courteous! You can enjoy also live music by the pool , it feels so good. The only issue is the parking spot. This situation goes crazy at the summer time. They have to do something about it.

There were times when this hotel was standing proudly among top hotels in Durres. Unfortunately it failed to cope up with the demands and upgrading. Except of the view there is nothing to make you choose again to stay here. Avoid until full renovation.

Come hotel non so come sia, dall'esterno sembra bello. Come tutte le attività legate al turismo accettano pagamenti anche in euro. Il cambio euro/lek è quasi 101 lek per ogni euro e, di solito, tutti applicano un cambio di 100 lek per ogni euro, per guadagnarci un po'. Al bar dell' hotel Bleart, invece, applicano un cambio di 50 lek per ogni euro, non accontentandosi quindi di guadagnarci un po', ma derubando i malcapitati che si trovano solo con euro in tasca. Hanno scelto un nome appropriato, ricorda molto il "bleah" dello schifo che si prova dopo aver consumato li.

Pessimo, carino come posto però fregano i turisti. Ho preso la prima volta dei cocktail e ho pagato il lek, tutto regolare. La sera successiva mi ha portato il conto e ho voluto pagare in euro( cosa che qui ho sempre fatto soprattutto quest'anno perché il cambio era inesistente, cioè 1 euro erano 100 leke). Mi hanno fatto pagare il doppio solo perché pagavo in euro dicendo che loro al bar fanno il cambio 1 euro =50 cent. Da truffatori proprio. Pessimo!!! Se siete turisti vi tratteranno come turisti, truffandovi
